Yeah, I would put all my money on you going up. (Unless PCM18 messes Eastman up somehow, which Im hoping not, since Shikai is basically the exact same rider). Even then, Chaves and Squire should be solid scorers.

Yeah Azteca is berry strong, Azteca and Netia should have no problems going back up, two locks for top 5 as far as I'm concerned

So let's play:
Have to admit that transfer season didn't go as I had hoped in terms of recruiting leaders, but I hope that I will be able to survive do to picking up some points in all terrains.
Will be looking forward to a dive into the final DB though to see where we stand as well as I'm waiting in anguish for the wildcards to see if I screwed up in my gamble to be able to max Kanerva myself that way.
What do you think?

At least you've got riders for every terrain. I think you can survive via smart planning, but you need to play the game for Nepom very well in order to.

Let's play the game as well:
Centovalli - Fiat Roster 2019
Wages for loanees (in and out) are the part of the wages we pay.
We're weak in TTs and on the cobbles, and we hope to improve there once Masnada agrees on a pay cut - hopefully. Due to our latest additions, pan-flat races should at least not just be boring for us. Even though sometimes the question will be when Guillen's going to lose contact |

I do think it would have been better to loan Masnada out as he would come back next season a much stronger rider who'd be capable of making an impact in the division. Otherwise, it's a good base to work with for this season and next. A really big fan of your nationality focus too!

I was desperately trying to loan him out. But a 300k wage and a 200k loan cap don't seem to be very compatible... I'll certainly try again next year; if I can't get loaned him out then, I'd probably have to sell him. Would be a shame, though... |

Yeah, that's one of the risks with signing Lvl 3 or 4 riders that aren't maxed at CT level I'm sure you'll manage to lower his wages and loan him out next season though!

I guess that was a classical rookie mistake
When bidding on him, I was sure I would find a team to loan him out - it's only in the last few hours of the 48-hour period I realized the wage might be a tad too high for this. So I was between hoping to get him, and hoping Matt would outbid me again
But I'm sure he'll already be valuable this year, as his Mo/Hi/TT combo is quite nice for CT. And after the renewals pay cut (hopefully!), it should be less hard to loan him out. |

Frustrating transfer season for me, lost Philipsen by 11 minutes, lost Kamna when I thought I had him in the bag as well. No interest in Waeytens and Peeters was surprising, ok they're both horrible but their stats are ok. In the end, it will be hard to tell the difference between my 2018 and 2019 teams. The good news is I have some wage cap space for Evenepoel next year.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

He can only join in the 2021 season

Gamper will help solve the Cobble/TT problem when he maxes out, Masnada will take a nice size paycut, hopefully enough to loan him out next season, and hopefully getting Basso and Lienhard back maxed next year will help you out too.
I hope Mader ends up going down Stage Racer training, he'll be a very useful rider who can help/fill on multiple terrains and helps improve your TT's a bit too. If memory serves me correctly he ends up similar to Ahmad Zamri or similar to how I plan on developing Misbah but don't have the maxed stats infront of me right now.

I really like the look of your squad, it's very guided towards the future which is a rare sight within the debutant teams, a lot of playing with the loans, Masnada also in for the future, there's a lot of ground from which to move from, having Guillen for free and also netting Gamper are big feats

My turn:
Looking at what others have showed I'm not that convinced about going up. That said, I think PCT's calendar flexibility could work in our favour though.

You have a great team, the duo borges and trofimov will do a lot of damage.
Just a question was not supposed Nelson Oliveira is no longer in your team ?? Didn't he go to Generalli?

Our squad for this season.
In mountain terrain i feel that we are in right way. Choi as leader, Carapaz and Pomoshnikov as co-leaders and eventually leaders can work with good mountain depth.
Our cobble team is very thin, we had close by few hours at two times to obtain a cobble leader, but that sadly failed.
Sprinter wise we made a risky move, but i hope Maksimov can do well in some circumstances and Kobe can gain some points too, here or there. Leadout wise i havent planned nothing, because i think our leaders dont be favouriets. If yes, Lovassy, Martinez, Pons and Farantakis can step up.
We improved the non-existing core of TTers, not the best, but not the worst (i hope) in the division. In the few TTTs they can keep our leaders in the striking distance.
And finally the hilly squad. The depth is there, for sure. But if Di Maggio can deliver or not in PCM18, only the future will tell. Gebrezgabihier will step up sometimes as our leader, mostly in hilly stage races, where he can go for the white jersey.
Our goal is to avoid the relegation, with good planning. |

Your climbing squad is pretty solid indeed. Choi should be a reliable leader, while Carapz can and will likely score points in his own account Elsewhere it becomes less clear. Di Maggio could either be very good or a great letdown, very much as Maksimov. You've got depth in both hills and sprints and that should save you, unless your lieutenants get dragged down by unreasonable performances from your leaders.
I don't think you'll have to worry much about relegation honestly.

Not sure what you mean?
The training you want to do you fill up in the transfer sheet with the cost and so on.
After that the training is done, and I guess it will come a updated DB in a few days with the correct stats for those who have been trained. |
