After a speed fast I was expecting more material to work on, but nothing from latest post gave me a mafia rumor, I'll try as soon as possible to make a reflection over trekbmc vote by Croatia and their involved posts...at this moment the only other highlight over quasdas situation that I felt townie as his first (bad imo) post, but then i found him quite contradictory.
Also his way to treat jandal statements, and judging himself clearly demonstrate pro town are conclusions a bit assumptive and hasty.

Both are assumptive and hasty verdict.
Imo first point is a mere try to influence negatively jandal's position, or anyway a comment that has nothing to do with your previous post

The general tone of your argument sounds divergent from mine. You're basically saying: I trust jandal, but here is my backdoor if jandal turns out lynched and ist mafia, but I trust jandal.

Wait, why would a mafia member need to create a back door though? If I was mafia I would know whether or not Jandal was.
Anyway, my point was more that I thought jandal seemed trustworthy based on the start, but then I got really paranoid because once I played a game where somebody led the town as mafia and I got scared about it happening again.

Anyway, TMM has posted, so unless I missed something in the chaos, hillis is the only quiet player so far? I'll go with a Lynch Hillis vote until he posts.

hillis was fairly active in the last game and was even a trusted townie still being active. It's just odd to me that he has been so quiet so far but I am not going to vote yet until I hear some more discussion. If hillis doesn't talk in the next 8 or so hours, I will likely throw a vote his way to put pressure on him.

Despite I agree to put pressure right now on him, I won't vote for hillis because that means an easy lynch by mafia at this point. I hope he will knock at least once before it's too late

I know it's easy to lynch hillis right now but he hasn't been online since the start of the game. Either he's so into this game that his hiding strategy extends to not visiting the site at all to leave traces, but I think he's just busy irl.
But I'm not seeing anything to go on other than the jandal/quadsas thingy

Fair point Marco, hopefully he re-appears soon but I don’t have much problem lynching him as an inactive player - certainly I don’t want the mafia to be able to pile on but it’s better than 70% of active guys and better than no lynch for the chance he’s mafia. Don’t want any lynches more on him per se (and I’ll back that up by changing mine if anyone does) but I think the status quo for that situation is ok (but obviously the sooner he returns the better.
I don’t like #90 from trekbmc as I think if he’s mafia the backdoor isn’t the last bit saying he’s wary but the first bit of saying I’m trustworthy - if he (hypothetically in the mafia and knowing I am town) can subtly help plant seeds of doubt around a player but also publicly give vague support without really defending them he places himself in a good position when they are lynched, and also as a natural successor to lead the town. However not sure if this is suspicious or just bad logic. More likely the latter, as I couldn’t figure out if he was right or not for a while and maybe I’m wrong here in fact So really no clear tell from him, but if anyone (Croatia) finds him suspicious then it’s not the clear defence I thought it was when I first read it and was about to pretty much confirm to myself he was town
Not much else to go on today - would like to see quadsas share his analysis soon (not trying to be a dick here) as I guess he might have some useful insight. |

I'm lynching trekbmc, I think that lynching hillis is just too easy atm, I would rather he die via modkill rather than us lynching him early, as it seems we'd be shooting in the dark rather than gaining information for the town. (especially if he's going to die anyway)
I didnt like trek using the "if I was mafia" defence in his most recent post to Croatia, it just doesnt feel right for me (not researched it but didnt Aquarius do this last game?) so thats why Im voting on trek

I don't remember exactly, but maybe yes. Anyway Aquarius situation was quite different with an early fateful coincidence that put highlight on him. I don't find trekbmc post so faulty, and if we jump massively against him he won't have anyway some solid basis to defend himself.
There wre not much to say about people right now as Marco said, first lynch is a kind of bingo move, it will be much more interesting after first night kill.
In any case it's positive to create some debate to have some material to work on after first night, trying to figure out the reason of first mafia victim

This can be a good idea, if he find something during the night he will reveal himself soon in the game anyway, so maybe it's better in first day without the doubt he is dead and mafia can take his part with no countereclaim.
