Gaviria only 4 points off Sagan. I have a green dream, for him.

No chance mate, keep dreaming, Gaviria time will come. He would need like 80-100 point advantage by now, as number of stages suiting Gaviria better than Sagan are going low while stages for Sagan will come ( tommorow, Mur de Bretagne, cobbled stage, medium mountain stages). He will win like with 100 point advantage, if both stay on the bike normally.
You just have to deal with fact that Sagan gets automatic green jersey win when he stays whole Tour.
Btw Sagan could win today, if he choosed left, dont know why he switched to right side.

Havn't seen the profiles once, I thought it were meant to be lots of boring flat stages coming up? Well it's a bit of a letdown that Kristoff, Cav and especially Kittel are such non-factors. It's literally only Gaviria vs Sagan. In such a mix, Sagan will always come out on top in the fight for green with his impressive versalitiy. Let's see next stages. By now, Gaviria's backwheel must be favourite spot in any sprint.

Tomorrow's stage, imo can go both ways.. either awesome stage (solely because there are narrow roads, risk of crashes (isn't awesome but creates drama, which is what I mean)) or absolute bore fest, cause it will end in a sprint, we only need to know if sprinters will be there (which is likely) or ones like Valverde or Alap will fight it out

Well, three of these boring flat stages are over now and they are on same points, there are max 4 more stages where Gaviria can and should beat Sagan, but at least one can end with a breakaway win in second half of Tour and there are similar 2-3 stages suited to Sagan. If things go as expected, Sagan should have tis in the bag.
Only chance again Sagan these days is more guys overcoming him in pan flat stages, but you re fucked when Sagan podium these instead of Kittel-Cav-Dylan, you cant do nothing then. And add Matthews taking year off when it comes to green fight (not enough lumpy sprints anyway).

Sprinters like Kittel, cav or Dylan will be gone for sure, this cant be boring bunch sprint with such a profile and Tour mode on.

When I mean bore fest I mean it by hilly Tour stage standards

Best stages for Gaviria are gone imo, Sagan with 4 points more now is quit a good advantage for him...it should happen something to don't see him in green in Paris, I'm expecting also breaks in mountain stages in second part of the tour, where Gaviria will probably ride with gruppetto

We always see the same thing in the battle for Green Jersey with Sagan. First 10 days it's close and maybe Sagan is behind the leader, but in the second part of the race, he gets in breakaways, gets points in harder stage where pure sprinters can't and wins by 100 points

btw if you ride like him, with the actual rules, every green in his showcase is deserved...

What i love about him is that he wipes the rear side with the rules that are thrown "against him" to help pure sprinters.
Big points for flat stage finishes? No problem, i will podium these too in regular fashion.

Wow, crash in the first kms. Kiserlovski abandons. Huge lost for Zakarin imo. Moscon also involved, but is ok.
Thank you Andy for everything!

I think Zakarin was already out for GC, I'm not surprised if he will leave it to go in some breaks in mountain stages...
