The only thing this stage did was eliminate Nairo from the TDF already. Froome is going to gain at least double the time he lost today on the two TTs (team amd indi.)
Sorry can't help but be so cynical.
Nice sprint for Gaviria, looked really strong. Hopefully the likes of Kittel and Groenewegen have a good day soon.

Benoot could be a likely contender if he feels like it. If he is in white early on, he might go back to trying to keep it, rather than going for stages. He is a better bet than Gaudu atleast, while Latour isn't likely to be a top 10 contender with Bardet, also Bernal could be 4th man in line for Froome.
