Answer to Bonus Question: Who will win the TTT? is Team Sky.
Geraint Thomas took advantage of his team's good TTT result, backed it up with a solid climbing performance and overcame a double puncture on the last stage to win the race. Yates' win on that same final stage wasn't enough to claw back the earlier deficit. Romain Bardet was third after an unspectacular race, mostly away from the limelight. Team Sky won the TTT, living up to their favourites tag.
Thomas was picked up by three members. Yates was more popular with six picks but Bardet was the most popular option among our predictors with 11 picks! Among the other popular picks, Nibali was the one that disappointed. Those who did not change their Bernal pick, lost out. Ten members picked Sky to win the TTT and they did.
By predicting the podium perfectly, purepasd not only picks up the win, but his podium points get doubled! He did not get the bonus right though. Freitas picks up a distant second place, only missing out on Yates. Raziz, Marco and Agent David share third place.
The table has changed completely over the past few races and now looks like this:

The top of the table seems to be getting closer as each race goes by. df_Trek keeps a margin but 2nd through to 8th is separated by just 55 points, including a three-way tie for 3rd! Unsurprisingly, purepasd is the big winner from this race, and his charge for the title is back on track. Just goes to show how quickly this game can change!

Answer to Bonus Question: Will the lead change in the final day ITT? is No.
Richie Porte used his team's TTT win as a launch pad to take the lead after Stage 5 and hold on to it till the end. This meant that there was no lead change after the ITT on the final stage, which was the bonus question. Fuglsang leap-frogged Quintana into 2nd on the last stage.
Ten members picked Porte, eight picked Fuglsang and five picked Nairo to finish to on the podium. They were among the most popular along with Ion Izagirre, Keldeman and Spilak. Nine members correctly answered the bonus question.
A new record has been set of the number of perfect scores in a single race. All three of Roturn, Agent David and AbhishekLFC picked the podium perfectly and answered the bonus question correctly as well, giving themselves the perfect 80 points from this race. Jandal and Selwink were the next best scorers with picks of Porte, Fuglsang and the correct response to the bonus question.

We have a new leader as Abhishek takes the lead for the first time this season. Roturn jumps up to 3rd from 6th while Agent David also climbs some spots. Aquarius's horrible run continues as he drops to 6th, being the only one to not score in this race. df_Trek is the other predictor on the podium for the moment. The field have spread out a bit, but it's too close to get comfortable at the top for anyone.
Next up, it's le Tour. The game will be open in about a week's time. Stay tuned...
