5 automatic promoted teams plus 1 more due to ending era of Pendleton`s.

Top 5 due to ranking position. 5 more due to disbands of Pendleton`s, Strava, Project: Africa and Eritel as also Ferrero.
Some teams in PT and PCT lost the fight and are relegating. Those are:
PT > PCT
Ayubowan!
Nemiroff - ABBYY
Iberia - Team Degenkolb
Strava and Project: Africa also were on bottom 5 but are ending.
PCT > CT
Valio - DeLaval
MOL - OMV Petrom
Team Ticos Air Costa Rica
Compal-Merida
Haute Route - Mavic
In the CT additionally Löbauer Stadtwerke - Etixx, Proximus Continental Team and SanCor are coming to an end as well while the teams of Aeropostal Venezuela Ciclismo, The Balkan Cycling Project and Wiggle presented by Boardman Bikes have not expressed the desire to continue and also are assumed to disband.

I guess it is exact opposite, as managers who dont have much time to spend around the game soon loose the track of things when the reporting is so fast. If i could serve as an example, i would most likely apply for the game again this year, but not with knowledge that season is flowing super fast, i would need like year long season, or even longer. 
Nevermind, i am still lurking and following somewhat, so congrats to all the promoting teams and their managers. Teams going other way...well, you will bounce back. Especially Nemiroff going down is sad, it seems that they were not so ready for the Pluchkin gamble like we were with Metinvest. Also luck played the role obviously.

Can't wait for the next season, planning has been underway for awhile!
Commiserations to the relegated teams, I'm sure all of the collective experience in higher divisions will lead a few to promote back up immediately.
Good to see Orange in particular promoting - Sicard's struggles were reminiscent of Eastman's in the CT division: no particular rhyme or reason to them.
And congrats to all the fellow promotees!!!
