Next set of NCs posted: https://pcmdaily.c...st_1291083
Argentina - Flat
Australia - Hills
Austria - Cobbles
Belgium - Mountain
Canada - Flat
Spoiler Pack was too small and everyone tired out and couldn't catch the break in Argentina.
Top 3 in Australia attacked with 10 km to go, weren't caught and the winner was obvious then.
Furious chasing resulted in the break being caught with 3 km to go and a surprise winner in Austria.
Top 2 got a gap in Belgium on the last climb before one pulled away easily.
Hard race where riders kept dropping off and coming back before the final split left it to a reduced bunch sprint.

Lithuania: bumpy
Luxembourg: hilly (uphill finish)
Netherlands: flat
New Zealand: tough hilly (downhill finish)
Norway: flat (light bumpy)
Poland: flat (light bumpy)
Spoiler Groenewegen and Jansen understood "attacking the race" a little bit wrong. Jansen attacking 3 times to then get dropped with 100 to go, Groenewegen as #11 on the startlist attacking with 45 to go (what an own goal with a sprint finish in side)
Otherwise a nice Zabel in Poland with a surprise there as Tsatevich burnt out way too early. Luxembourg and New Zealand were very exciting. In Norway it were Kristoff and Ringheim together chasing an attack of Eddy Boss down, very surprised that Ringheim still won the sprint! Van Poppel with the expected win, but 2 came very very close and needed the finishing line 50 meters further away for an upset. Lithuania saw a close but exciting finale. Navardauskas and Siskevicius attacked and counterattacked all the time, were 1 minute ahead with 5 to go, then got caught, dropped to the middle to the bunch only to come up late again and fight out the winner.

I’m honestly not sure if we are more cursed in NCs or in this ICL season in general, seriously zabel’d?

Ramunas was close, but not close enough - twice. Still we got the most important NC's this season - the Swedish road race and time trail and by beating the bookies' favorite Toby Ludvigsson (beaten by his baby bro Freddie in the TT and by Ahlstrand in the RR).
Still we can get Latvia RR (Smukulis), Finland RR (Henttala) and Estonia RR (Kangert or Laas)

So close for Schorn, a slight shame. But the amazing Dowsett won the home ITT, so our team is definitely happy.

7 More NCs: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....st_1291155
Germany: hilly
Great Britain: hilly cobbles
Hungary: light bumpy
Ireland: bumpy
Italy: bumpy
Japan: hilly
Kazakhstan: mountainious
Spoiler Big time win for Sutty with Grivell-Mellor. He did not come from the break, he cam from the pack! The race was destroyed rather early. Stannard was dropped early, Yates looked the strongest but then got dropped, Thomas pushed the last 10km including dropping Fenn, lead 200m before the finish even, but then ran out of gas and Grivell took him almost at the line. Excititing race.
Strong performance by Guardini, who even pulled himself back after being distanced just 10 km before the finishing line.
Martin screwed it up leading with 500 to go after a perfect leadout from Kern, so that Nerz could defend his title! Herklotz disappointing, while CSC wasn't.
Dan Martin surprisingly not able to pull away and lost it against a duo fighting the win out attackin on the last 15 km.
Farkas with a finesseur attack with 4,5 km to go in a slight rise. In Japan Genki was just dominant on the climbs. Kazakhstan was a close finish between 4, but at the end it was positioning over the climb and the strongest teammate that decided the race.

Nerz 1st, Degenkolb 2nd is not an outcome I would've predicted for Germany, in any kind of terrain

Why couldn't you choose a hilly route for Italy? Unless something crazy happens in Colombia, we are going empty handed from this NCs
