Nominations are in and have been recorded. Entries are closed. There are a couple of changes in the countries announced earlier for the individual races:
Because of lack of nominations for their best riders, Brazil and Great Britain drop out of the ITT to be replaced by Costa Rica and Colombia. There are no changes in the RRs or the TTT.

PMs are being sent out and should be sent out to all selectors by tomorrow.
Note for selectors of Germany and Belgium: Louis Vervaeke is Belgian and not German as has been mentioned in some of the PMs. Please keep that in mind and apologies for the confusion.
Deadline for team selection: 11th May, Midnight, GMT.

Is the route final?
Imo there is a difference between which riders can compete for the win, and thus should be included when selecting.
For instance I would definately pick Greg van Avermaet for the japanese race, while I would probably not in the oceanic one. Same could apply for Arnaud Demare and several others.

I would also like to add that some riders like Mohoric and my own Novak were put up for selection by both myself and Croatia (speaking on his behalf, although this may not have been his thought process) but we both put U23 to show that the riders could ride the U23 race but in my case I was simply showing he is U23 and not only nominating him for that race. I understand if this is my own mistake and it won;t affect much because Novak would do nothing anyway. Just a point.

And they won't be included in the elite races LLS
SotD, plenty of time after the route deadline to do selection. I see your point absolutely, waiting myself

15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"

Yes, unfortunately it's the same every year for Russia and probably other country's as well. Maybe next year only nominate riders for road race and itt (since there are jerseys involved) and make all riders available for ttt.

France without Coppel And a few nations slaughtered by the lack of nominations from teams with nationality focus due to their inactivity, especially in the TTT Makes it all the more interesting!!
