Zuri Metzete the big remaining race, with some teams at Kigali too. Here's the CT update.
World Cycling Centre have scored the best of the Top 3 so far this month, helping to extend their lead. They are one of the teams at Kigali, and are most likely going to take the CT title.
Solidarnosc victory has helped Philips up to 4th. Not only strengthening their promotion position, but putting them well within reach of the podium. Xero slipped from 4th down to 6th, with Reddit moving into that 5th position off the back of Herald Sun Tour. Azteca now 7th, with Valls' East Java result keeping Repsol 8th, still ahead of cycleYorkshire.
Goldcorp strengthened their 10th position, while Campari and Sauber are very close for 11th. Telia went well in Poland, and are now just 1 point from 13th.
Andorra hold on to 17th but are being caught. Eddie Stobart are the 3rd best scoring team of the month so far, already lifting them three places to 19th, and within reach of higher. Garmin stay 20th though, having passed SanCor.
All change at the very bottom too - Statoil with their best race of the season at the Sun Tour, now overtaking VMP.

So we need to score 97 points more than Xero in a C2HC hilly classic to secure a promotion spot? Let's do it guys
At least the 8th place looks safe, as Yorkshire doesn't have puncheurs, so hard to see them gaining more than 60 points in Zuri

With the Balkans breathing down our neck we have to score (or them not scoring) in order to keep our place.. Not many changes this month so the stars remain the same and the performances too

Oh, and Team Rafael Valls will end the season in the 15th place in the CT Team Rankings, securing Repsol's goal only by himself

I hereby declare Valls forbidden to enter Andorran territory

So he won't be able to defend his Tour d'Andorra title?
I hope he can't race it next year, as Andorra should continue being a C2HC race with your team in CT, so that means Valls is riding in PCT with us next season

Azteca possibly not going up. That would be quite a surprises giving the predictions before the season. Still plenty that can change in the last race, hopefully it will be another thriller.

Guess that means we got promotion secured. Not saying I'm unhappy about it, but damn, I've got a lot of planning to do. |

From fighting to hang to promotion spots at the start of the month (even after ColVent) to having it secured on the back of two flat stage races, probably our weakest terrain till that point of the season, is remarkable! Guess the pressure's off in Zuri. Let's see how Wyss can end the season.

Not a surprise when what should be two of the very best riders in CT can't win a race.

Table looks lovely to me! .
(Kigali now run), 1 race to go. Hoping for a good outing from Boily and his puncheur crew to bring home the title with a solid race in Switzerland. Whatever the case, promotion is secured which was the overall objective, and the pre-season target of around 1550 points surpassed quite substantially. Is a nice mix of relegated teams, existing teams and (now not-so!) 'new' teams in the promotion race.
Would be surprised now if the 5 promoted teams aren't now decided, even if order might flip. Fight over 6th (which I am guessing due to circumstances elsewhere is an unofficial promotion spot) is the biggest uncertainty, although Roux has easily been outscoring Chaves most of the season, so Xero in the box seat with points in the bag, and a strong hand for the final day. Still a major surprise to me that Azteca are in a dogfight for promotion, thought they were dead-certs for podium at beginning of season.
Thanks for the late season update SN.

This is the reason why Azteca is only 7th in the rankings

Phillips breathing down our necks, but it looks like we’ll be promoting!
Thanks for the update SN, greatly appreciated to calm the frayed nerves. Now, we just have to hope VDH and Boily shit the bed at Zuri, so PPP can keep his top 5 spot. I’m asking for just one goal achieved this year, otherwise our budget for the PCT will be quite meagre.
