Was looking and not found anything, these recent crashes by him are enough to force him into retirement as he seems to have these very ugly crashes consistently now.

Well, I think we all know he really won that race.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Agree, but the ride by Iglinsky was amazing but of course we now know the reason why!!!! but at least it was a LBL where the peloton didn't arrive to the final climb that now just dominates the Ardennes classics over the previous years

I called Nibali crazy for years for going for unselective races like San Remo even after repeated failure.
I stand corrected. Phenomenal performance to attack and stay away with the mob right on his heels the whole way.

Nibali showing the sprinters how MSR is done
Also great tactics by Bahrain Merida and another great ride by Mohoric to set up Nibali |

Didn't expect that from Nibali, as his best performances here are quite some years back and he didn't look too convincing just a few days ago.
What a ride though and especially what a rider this guy is.

He wasn't that convincing in the Dauphine in the year he won the Tour, but that is how sharks work, they are crafty creatures.

True, but there are a couple of weeks between the Dauphine and the Tour and not just a few days like here. But yeah you can never count out Lo Squalo.

Obviously no major injury for a cyclist means "only" a(nother) cracked rib but good to hear he is not more seriously injured.

Nibali and Gilbert will both get a career monument grand slam before they retire, trust me.

You think Laporte will stop them by taking every monument from now on?
