Here's the route. It will be 9 stages this season, so Tour de Suisse will be used to run the race. All of the stages themselves are in France though, of course.

Looking at the number of riders eligible for nomination, and how many should indeed be nominated, I think we're going to need some 8 rider teams.
Netia, Podium Ambition and Ayubowan absolutely make sense to be three such cases - though a 9 rider team would not be possible for Ayubowan.
And I'll propose the African selection joining them, by adding:
