I'll send my goal races tomorrow, as i want to check my planner to see the race where i'm most likely to score big, and do some test about if it's worthy to put a WT race as a goal

Just for fun I updated my original statistic using the current db, here are the 37 riders who earn more than twice their minimum wage. I'm including the U23 riders this time, who have the majority.
Last Name | AVG | Age | Pot | Wage | Min Wage | Ratio | Buchko | 71.0 | 21 | 7 | 495 | 100 | 4.95 | Alemayo | 71.6 | 21 | 7 | 420 | 100 | 4.20 | Astier | 68.0 | 19 | 6 | 380 | 100 | 3.80 | Šimek | 73.3 | 22 | 7 | 665 | 180 | 3.69 | Jónsson | 67.0 | 22 | 5 | 355 | 100 | 3.55 | Koncz | 67.7 | 19 | 6 | 355 | 100 | 3.55 | De Grootte | 68.0 | 22 | 6 | 300 | 100 | 3.00 | Pulido | 73.2 | 21 | 7 | 500 | 170 | 2.94 | Looyen | 71.7 | 23 | 6 | 290 | 100 | 2.90 | Kovacic | 75.0 | 24 | 7 | 810 | 280 | 2.89 | Degenkolb | 79.5 | 29 | 7 | 1760 | 620 | 2.84 | Lavrentsov | 67.1 | 22 | 5 | 280 | 100 | 2.80 | Lecomte | 68.7 | 19 | 6 | 280 | 100 | 2.80 | Lafaye | 66.9 | 22 | 4 | 280 | 100 | 2.80 | S. very very late file received, so Coraita14 sadly has one team less on his proud planning side...

Buchko - at least he leads one leaderboard...thanks again Filliers Mora for that steal offer - but Buchko is worth any price, that much of upside he has...
nice statistic ripley, interesting that we have quite some riders there (Mohoric, Quintana,...)

Well, quality + potential are seldomly cheap. Here's sort of the opposite ranking, the 38 riders with an AVG of at least 78 who are paid less than twice the min wage.
Last Name | AVG | Age | Pot | Wage | Min Wage | Ratio | Kelderman | 78.1 | 27 | 7 | 555 | 510 | 1.09 | Herrada | 80.5 | 28 | 6 | 780 | 710 | 1.10 | T. Martin | 79.7 | 33 | 6 | 725 | 640 | 1.13 | Vorobyev | 78.0 | 28 | 7 | 575 | 500 | 1.15 | Vanmarcke | 80.9 | 30 | 7 | 870 | 740 | 1.18 | Cavendish | 79.8 | 33 | 6 | 780 | 650 | 1.20 | Pinot | 79.3 | 28 | 7 | 740 | 610 | 1.21 | Van Keirsbulck | 80.1 | 27 | 6 | 825 | 670 | 1.23 | Durbridge | 78.8 | 27 | 7 | 695 | 560 | 1.24 | Senechal | 78.9 | 25 | 7 | 715 | 570 | 1.25 | Bardet | 80.9 | 28 | 7 | 940 | 740 | 1.27 | Porte | 79.1 | 33 | 6 | 770 | 590 | 1.31 | Gilbert | 78.4 | 36 | 6 | 700 | 530 | 1.32 | Greipel | 79.8 | 36 | 6 | 900 | 650 | 1.38 | Demare | 79.3 | 27 | 7 | 850 | 610 | 1.39 | Mollema | 79.4 | 32 | 6 | 860 | 610 | 1.41 | Urán | 78.3 | 31 | 6 | 750 | 520 | 1.44 | Guardini | 78.5 | 29 | 7 | 800 | 540 | 1.48 | Phinney | 79.2 | 28 | 7 | 900 | 600 | 1.50 | Moser | 78.9 | 28 | 7 | 900 | 570 | 1.58 | Aru | 80.9 | 28 | 7 | 1200 | 740 | 1.62 | Van Poppel | 79.3 | 25 | 7 | 995 | 610 | 1.63 | Sagan | 80.0 | 28 | 6 | 1135 | 670 | 1.69 | Costa | 78.4 | 32 | 6 | 900 | 530 | 1.70 | Kwiatkowski | 80.3 | 28 | 7 | 1175 | 690 | 1.70 | Malori | 78.6 | 30 | 6 | 940 | 550 | 1.71 | Elissonde | 78.1 | 27 | 6 | 875 | 510 | 1.72 | Van Avermaet | 78.3 | 33 | 6 | 900 | 520 | 1.73 | Nibali | 81.7 | 34 | 6 | 1420 | 820 | 1.73 | Polanc | 78.0 | 26 | 7 | 870 | 500 | 1.74 | Bouhanni | 79.1 | 28 | 7 | 1045 | 590 | 1.77 | Nerz | 78.0 | 29 | 6 | 900 | 500 | 1.80 | D. I really wanted to include Marc Goos, who with his AVG 76.9 only earns 0.88 of his minimum wage. But that list would have been too long.
Edit: T. and D. Martin.

Wait... he earns less than his minimum wage? How's that legal?

I reckon he was trained this year? (No wage increase, AVG gets recalculated )

Yup lots of riders here that profit off training this semester. After years of conservative bidding, Pulido unfortunately in the Top 10 of most expensive after that imo weird steal attempt by Ollfardh.

Good was at minimum wage, then I trained him. It's perfectly legal
And well, I missed on all the new talents, so had to pick a few others to steal
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

In the Colombia Team GP, how many points are scored by each team? I mean, if you win the event, you take only 150 points as a team, or there's different point system for that race?

If you take a look at the point file:
Below the classics point table there is the TTT event point table.
For Colombia Team GP (=CT.1)
1 | 48 | 2 | 35 | 3 | 26 | 4 | 18 | 5 | 15 | 6 | 12 | 7 | 9 | 8 | 6 | 9 | 4 | 10 | 3 | 11 | 2 | 12 | 1 |
First five riders of a team will get these points so the winning team will get 240 points.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Q: Which races to choose as focus races when you have an even all-round team?
A: 1 GT, 1 hilly classic and 1 TT race of course!
Apologies for being inactive recently, I'll do a full write-up of the off-season soon.

Like last season it is possible to select the equipment of your team. You can choose different brands for Frames, Wheels, Groupsets, Helmets and Glasses. If you don't choose any the standard will be Merida, Campagnolox2, Giro and Oakley. You can choose from the brands in the spoiler:
Spoiler Frames:
1 | Argon 18 | 2 | Author | 4 | Berria | 5 | BH | 6 | Bianchi | 7 | BMC | 8 | Boardman | 9 | Bottecchia | 10 | Cannondale | 11 | Canyon | 12 | Carrera | 13 | Cervelo | 15 | Cipollini | 16 | CKT | 17 | Colnago | 18 | Condor | 19 | Corratec | 20 | Cube | 21 | De Rosa | 24 | Felt | 26 | Focus | 27 | Fondriest | 28 | Fuji | 30 | Genesis | 32 | Giant | 33 | Guerciotti | 36 | Isaac | 37 | Jamis | 38 | Jorbi | 39 | Kemo | 41 | Koga | 42 | KTM | 43 | Kuota | 44 | Lapierre | 46 | Look | 47 | Merckx | 48 | Merida | 51 | Orbea | 53 | Pinarello | 59 | Raleigh | 60 | Ridley | 61 | Rose | 62 | SCOTT | 63 | Simplon | 64 | Specialized | 66 | SwiftCarbon | 69 | Trek | 70 | Viner | 71 | Vitus | 72 | Vivelo | 73 | Wilier Triestina |

Replace all the 00s with your teamID and change the letters into the ID of the brand you want to use for 1Frames 2Wheels 3Groupsets 4Helmets and 5Glasses and post it in this thread.
