There are a plethora of people who have yet to say anything. Should we start there?

Allright my reason for not posting so far is being away for work since 5:45AM this morning and being away yesterday for most of the evening. Not much to say about the rest yet. Should we maybe just lynch nobody instead? We have nothing to go by at this moment anyway

Voting for TMM because of the gifs has been done before
Voting for Ian based on him being away is too obvious
I need suggestions, folks!
Could've saved us last time if we did it properly though how about trying it this time again?

lynching Ian would make more sense if you wanted to do a random lynch at this point in time

Contradictory. Random lynch means no option makes more sense than the other.
So no, lynching Ian is a bad idea.
Chance at being mafia is like 3/14 (or how many are playing ATM). Chance at being mafia twice in a row is way lower. Statistically I'm way safer than other members here |

Lynch Ian Butler
For not understanding how maths works and for being marginally more suspicious than myself

Im very torn when it comes to lynching people this early in the game. We could get very lucky sure, but at the same time, erasing a townie this early is at the same time not great.
But, last time, it was too easy for the Mafia to win. Theirfor.
Maths is important.

Right now I'm torn between lynching, Selwink for suggesting we won't lynch anyone, Croatia for lynching TMM without any reasoning, and Ian Butler for being (delibaretly?) bad in maths.

Statistics bit was obviously a joke, since ill use of it is constantly being used to justify things. Don't worry, I have a heavy history with maths
Seriously though, I am not mafia and it will be a serious mistake to lynch me. Don't lynch for non-existing reasons. |

oh come on...
TMM played the last episode like a complete troll, he's just the least bad one imo if we hit a townie and a lucky kill if he's a mafia guy...better than nothing in my opinion

I'm not lynching anyone today, it doesn't seem logical to risk a bad lynch this early, even if Ian is using bad logic to defend himself at this point in time. *(Y'know, being a town member last time is completely unrelated to being a town member this time...)
No lynch
Obviously helps if the detective comes forward down the line and the town has some sort of direction, until then its not worth the risk

So you Ryant want the Detective to reveal himself how early?

Trying to bait me with what I'm assuming you think will be a bad answer???
Its best if the detective comes out early IMO when they find a positive mafia reading (Probably double checking that positive to determine whether they are the CC or not)
The last few games the detective has stayed largely quiet and never openly helped the town get some good lynches. We should have the doctor alive anyway so a detective claim will always have the protection anyway.

Well that was an interesting first kill, but there is no reason to lynch anyone at the moment with any real clues.

despite no, he did! an attentive town member could've easily realized who the detective is

I really don't want to get into a no lynch loop - it doesn't help us. I'm a little torn on who to vote for at the moment though, those voting for a no-lynch are the most suspicious for me, as well as hillis for criticizing a lot. But TMM makes the most sense to lynch for me, don't trust Ian either but that might be bias from last game. It is a little too early to read into this sort of stuff, but imo if we lynch TMM, worst case we've got rid of a troll - and he could be mafia.
For now, I will vote to Lynch TheManxMissile, I might change the vote to make sure we get a lynch though.

So my questioning what people are saying is suspicious to you?
Interesting to say the least. Dangerous game you are playing Trek.

No, not at all. Just wondering what you consider to be early?

Just putting it out there that the whole strategy of lynching based on those who are less active or are annoying has been proven to fail every single time. It doesn't work because ultimately, those things are unrelated to town role. What I do know is that as a mafia member, I was always a huge proponent of it. Some can claim that it is a chance without risk, but there's always risk of losing a critical role for no reason. As a mafia member, it's easy to get behind because for them, every townie role is the same toward winning, but that's just the opposite for us.
Just putting that out there. I don't have any actual leads atm.

Night 2:
A three way tie in the lynch vote, but since it includes a vote for no lynch the town ultimately lynched nobody? Statistically not a great plan, but it has worked before...
