So far no great race for us again. Daniel really needs something that makes him stand out from the other cobblers. Kind of disgraceful he needs a crash to move ahead in the GC. Hoping for an entertaining last stage, maybe the two cobbled sectors in the beginning have an influence.
Hsu as second in the KoM ranking behind grande Bazzana will give us at least a few more points, it's good to see that our future leader on the cobbles knows how to show himself. |

Interesting. That could not have possibly gone worse. I guess that's luck for you. Nothing to be done about it.

What an awful stage to wake up and read this morning. At least Tsatevich didn't go down as well. Our first case of bad luck this season. It was surely overdue, but it still hurts.

I'm happy Kump and Jans avoided the split, though Polanc suffered. A shame for him, but for many other managers as well.
Kump needs a little bit more to compete in those flat sprints in Dunquerque i[t seems. Offseason training?

Yeah don't.
Also, I thought relegating teams don't have the budget for training anyway?

Was a tiny bit worried that Holloway could win the two last stages and rack up 40 bonus seconds, so relatively happy to see the break taking the win. Unfortunate about the crashes, and it really shows that we have to be fully focused tomorrow.
Bazzana really loves a breakaway, doesn't he? Congrats on the win, Spilak!

Wisniowski with a stunning GC win, deserves that after using his stat combo to the best here. Kump in second after finally pulling some bonuses is lovely to see, as is Roy Jans in fourth Thanks for a great set of reports tsmoha!

I stand corrected. Things could get worse, and they did. Well, every race can't be a winner. Our whole cobbles season has just been a complete sham. What a waste. Breschel getting caught behind the split after Nolf and De Maar in previous days was just a kick to the balls. But what can we do besides move onwards?

Puh, final stage done and dusted. Another win for us in Dunkerque, 2/2 for us in this race so far! Hadn't expected that after the first stage, but Wisniowski really showed his class with the stage win that in the end secured the GC.
Should mean that he's already passed 500 points, with still plenty of race days left. After a bit slow start, he's been getting some top-top results the last few weeks. Certainly a good first season as a maxed rider so far.
Also easily the best race for Luke Rowe so far this season. Very steady through the entire race. To get 6th place with him is a great bonus on top of Wisniowski's win.
I've spent the last couple of days flying home from Australia to Norway, via so this race has been a huge highlight on a very long way home. Thanks for all the reports tsmoha, quality as always!

Weil, he will have quite some riders to sell. Polanc, Mohoric, etc should give quite some training budget
Huge race for Isostar. Big time congrats!

Kump Jans Svab
Polanc must be injured though, sad to loose out that much, still an awesome race for the Isostars!

Well, it's what we came for. An unfortunate AI in stage 1 and then always just missing out on those precious boni seconds. But 5th and 7th will bring in a few points and we achieved our goal!
Thanks for the good pace and quality of the reports!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Looking back at the white jersey, Top 10 in GC and a stage win... not terrible. But, what could have been will haunt us moving forward.
Thanks for the reports and congrats to those that had better luck than we did.

£2million transfer fee. £400k wage. WWWHHHHYYYYYYY!!!!!!
G couldn't stay upright either.
Stefan couldn't stay in the peloton. One Top10 doesn't help in the slightest!
No-one wanted to do anything. We were invisible unless we were being utterly useless!
Chalk this up as one of the worst ever performances from Podium Ambition, if not the worst!
So so so so so so so so so so so so so bad...
And i'm usually the positive manager!
Barely scraping one rider into the Top20 when our whole squad is built around this discipline! Completely wasted race days. Fucking uselss...

Kulppi with another bad/unlucky day, probably hurt by his early crashes.
Nice to see Vastaranta sticking in there at least securing a GC 13th with Brynjolfsson and Manninen stepping up into top 40 as well.
Manninen even closing in on the sprint in the end

Dropping from second to fourth in the teams classification and Naesen not picking up extra KoM points are a bit of a letdown, but overall a decent race for us. Albert with his first sign of life during a cobbles race, unfortunately there aren't many of those left.
Congrats Grieg on the overall victory, and thanks tsmoha for the reports!

Vantomme once again finishes 2nd in both the final 2 bunch sprints Although this time he was third overall on one and at least it wasn't behind Van Der Sande.
Weirdly good race for us, somehow Morkov got a top 10 and Vantomme 15th in a race were we had no GC aspirations. Lovely to see Pedersen out having a shot in the break as well, nearly managed a second place.
Thank you very much for the fantstic reports throughout tsmoha! And of course congrats to tasta, awesome to see the equal best rider in the peloton succeed.

Big race for Isostar, Grieg and Lierse and probably also Novatek on that terrain quite surprising.
Bad race for Podium Ambition and Carlsberg and to some unlucky bit also Newton.
In the end the best won and good to see those attacks for once being successful.
Thanks a lot for the reports and actually AI always can be better but it was probably one of the better AI Dunkerque`s we had seen so far. |

Yet another great finish for Goss, but that top spot is still all too elusive unfortunately. Good race from the team though - brought back the break each day and once again Ji is an absolute champion!
Congrats to Grieg, too - Wisniowski did something special here.
And thanks for the reports, tsmoha! Wonderful as per usual.
