This year only the WT rankings count to next year budget? If yes, whats the gaining from entering CT races?
Riders gain experience and their development will benefit from race days as well as gained points. You can also choose CT races as goal race, so could get a monetary benefit there.

I have a question for Bikex: In the calendar you only added "-2 stages" or "+1 mountain stage" for races with the wrong number of stages, are you going to visually change them? For example, which two stages will you drop from the Austria Tour?
Yes I'll graphically update all of that, I only had not time for that so far. Expect the Calendar thread to be completed at around Sunday. Of course you are allowed to wait with your race selection until then.
In the Austria Tour there was always a stage which didn't work (the Großglockner one) and maybe another one, I have to check, but probably one of the flat stages will be removed still.

I'm sorry to ask... I was never thinking about WT wild cards, but are those 175 days for CT including those 50 days If I'll decide to ride some WT races? So then it is like 125 + 50 in WT?
Don't be sorry.
the 175 days include the WT days.
About the race days: In ICL you get to send only 7 riders to every race (8 for Grand Tours), so you'll only need 1225 race days to fill all races you enter. Aviva is actually the CT team with the least race days (1289), which is still enough to send full squads to all races. It is of course also possible to send less riders, so race days shouldn't become an issue for anyone.
Also don't forget you have to exactly hit 175 when doing the race selection. Anything in the range of 170 to 180 is fine for CT teams. (220-230 for WT). |

Thanks for the answer. One more thing, hypothetically, of course . If I will not get wild card for WT race, can I send some substitution CT races? It's my third season here and for the first time I'll try some WT races and also I don't want to waste 20-50 RD If I don't be "invited". |

Forgot my WT applications weren't guaranteed
So yeah, that would be good to know. Although i really don't want to ride any of the other races on the calendar...

Cheers, Bikex. Only 7 riders, I should have known that by now. My team has the least available race days, yeah! One ranking won already!

I think i'm only going for 12-14 WT RDs, all the Italian races but Giro and some races where Moser could do enough for a top10 (Ardennes )

I'm clueless how all of you are doing the selection process already when the routes of most stage races are not posted yet
also waiting on more information about the world cup before doing any selections.

Great to see this keep moving forward, but unfortunately I'm quite busy at the moment so is there any sort of deadline you had in mind, Bikex?

Many of them won't change much from last year I think. I'm picking based off my riders' past results and important regions for the team, but if you want to go for the maximum possible points I guess there's no way to be sure yet.

Of course you would be allowed to pick alternative races, if you miss out on any. In the past, it happened only very rarely, that a team missed out on any race.
Sorry for slowing down the game so much at the moment, university takes quite a lot of time from me, so I can't do much for ICL atm. I failed to update the Calendar's thread until yesterday, like said. I still haven't done so, but if you are interested you can already look at the missing profiles in this dropbox folder: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/n85stx30v5...wReda?dl=0

Throwing a hail mary is totally fine. But I prefer to study tape a lot to see if I might be more successful with an intermediate pass to Tyreek Hill where the other wide receivers act as blockers

Offensive holding, 10-yard penalty, repeat first down.

What's offensive holding? Is that the same wizardry as a "O-Line"?

Thanks, Abhishek! I'll get it done by tomorrow, but the choice is killing me, so many options.

Any chance someone could do this task for both of my teams? I fear I may not have time until Saturday, and I would not want to be the cause of any delays.
