Good to see none of our riders gave a shit there with Caruso and Co all losing at least 5 and a half minutes to the stage winner.

LLSG working his magic again. Congrats trek!
Good to see Vink in the break, but just not a good enough day. Should have taken over the KoM here, I reckon. Looks hard now, but he needs to be in the break tomorrow so we can salvage something from this race.
Watson looking more lively again, even though he couldn't follow the move. Hope he can continue like that, and maybe take a few spots.
Thanks for the report, Tamijo!

Well... could Simon actually finish Top5 GC? With the way the race has gone so far it's certainly possible. At least i'd expect him to keep a Top15 now, but Stage 6 is a tough one again. More for him is defending the 36" and 44" over Vogt and Mohoric and maintaining White.
And of course LLS does something great

Vogt actually does something and the GC is really close, I enjoy following this race.

Yates | 1 | Simon Yates | Podium Ambition | 22h26'32 (1) | 2 | Mario Vogt | Berg Cycles | + 36 (2) | 3 | Matej Mohoric | Isostar - Adriatic | + 44 (3) |
I like the fact that Yates is leading the "Yates"-category

How to lose a race 101 ft. Anuar Aziz: win a stage and then lose three minutes next stage. wat
Congrats Trek, seems a very good start to the year for you!
Thanks for the report too.

LLS is simply a nice rider to have. Congrats.
Vink with another active stage, maybe he has another shot at the KoM here. Would be cool. TvG doing better, but he needs to take that final crucial stage.
Thanks for another quality report.

Betancourt has shown himself! Finally! I hope he can do even better on the next stage and move into the top ten.
Congrats trek, who proves the statistical predictions wrong at the moment.

A little hard to be mad about the previous stages, but wouldn't have hurt to lose a bit less time on the first stages. Good to have the GC lead of course, but I really fear for our lead with next stage and having only 37 seconds on TVG. We will have a really tough time defending this lead, but our team has shown that everyone is willing to push the pack and chase the breakaways.
Gonna be entertaining for sure. Great reports btw

"This race turned out to be a huge nightmare. With Belkov out, the team's situation is a lot worse than we've thought. Now, our target is to finish the race and move on to the next race in our calendar" - Andrey Zeits, Sporting Director or VMP - Argon 18

They have a category for basically everything in Tour of Poland don't they?

Another good stage for us. Klemme 10th in the GC is already quite good, and Kadri with a nice stage result. Maybe on the next stage we can somehow even do better?

FIXET
This just in the from the MGUCI. The all new "Yates" Classification now gives 40 points per stage leading, and 200 on winning it
Reports are flooding in that Sean Yates is suddenly coming out of retirement...

Exhausted Kraftwerk domestiques threaten to quit if they have to defend the yellow jersey for another day, Flügel cunningly loses enough time to drop out of the GC lead
Our plan for tomorrow - let another team take the pain then hit them hard when they are out of gas.
Well done Trek on the win and loving the screenshots Tamijo, great stuff.

I have domestiques who have nothing to do since our leader got hurt. Would you like lending you a hand

Ha ha thanks for the offer . Its a bummer to have to watch when your leader is hurt/out. I have a feeling there may be some breakaway opportunities coming up - hope your guys can get involved.

LLS just deciding he wants to win an doing it. Awesome to watch, congrats!
Juul-Jensen a lot better today. Notably, Mendes made the group too today. Maybe if he had helped JJ that would have been nice, but he's back in the top 15, which was our original goal, so I just hope he can keep that up now.

overall i'm pretty satisfied with the team performance, after losing time Paulinho tries his luck, could not be well-rested but at least he tried. we were involved in the front of the race almost to the end and although Rui and Vogt were not as strong as the competition they minimized the losses and managed to climb in the gc and enter the top 10.
Schachmann also deserves a word of appreciation because he has been great in this race, 23rd in the stage and 20th overall is undoubtedly a great result for him so far

Better stage from TVG, looks like he has got the early season jitters out of the way. He is in striking distance now just 36 seconds back. Can't wait to see the chaos we can cause on the final hilly stage.
