Thanks! If i train a rider who is on my development team, and he ends up over 72,00 OVL, is he allowed to stay on the Dev Team?

I think not actually? I've had a similar situation in the past and picked another rider to train or Vanbutsel would've not been allowed on the dev team anymore.

I think not actually? I've had a similar situation in the past and picked another rider to train or Vanbutsel would've not been allowed on the dev team anymore.
I trained Geyer after his dominant dev team season (was on 72.0 AVG prior to training) so that he went to 73HI. I was told he would still be dt eligible but decided against it because it would have ruined the entire u23 tour (he would simply be too dominant). Could be that the rules have changed since then.

And how much helpful are mediators for renewals? And can you use more than one on the same rider?

As of last year each mediator reduced wage demand between 5 and 15. Multiple mediators can be used but I'm not sure if there's an upper limit.

Please PM me the names or IDs of the riders you want to use Potion of Youth, Fitness Trainer, Recalc and Potential on. I'll later post a list with what teams bought what, but I think everyone should be aware of what they have bought.
Training
To assign Training packs, download this file: https://www.mediafire.com/file/adwpxa...s_Use.xlsx
How the file works:
#1 Copy columns A-E of your riders out of the DB and post them in the table TEAM in A2. Next to them there will now your riders stats appear.
#2 In the table Statpacks you will find your statpacks. There is a column "ID" post there the ID of the cyclist that you'd like to get the boost. In TEAM the stats will be updated and you can check what changed.
#3 Send me columns B+C of your statpacks out of the table statpacks.
As a little help you can go to the table StatsNew and in columns S-AE you'll see how much points of every stat for a rider are missing to improve the stat by 1.
It is also still possible to send in Research, but if you do so please mention right away on who you want to use what, except for Training packages. |

I never understood this part of the game to be honest, so i have freezed up and done nothing. So hopefully all my extra money then goes towards scouting or something?

Yeah, money you don't spend goes towards scouting (also, according to bikex's post you can still buy research if you prefer).

Money you don't spend -100 iirc, as that is the compulsory save up for research.

Yep, Bikex confirmed that in a PM yesterday. So if you have no better idea, Hillis, buy 10 mediators for 10 each and they will each save between 5 and 15 in wages in renewals next season.
