Problem/Bug: Sorting by stats
Explaination of the Problem/Bug: When I want to sort riders by a specific stat it sorts them randomly. It's not allways the same stat, but it has happened a lot with Cobb and Moun. stats.
Reproducibility (always/sometimes/random/Not tried to reproduce/unable to reproduce): Random
Game version: Latest.

updating to 1.0.4.1 fixed that for me

I do belive I have the same patch, but i'll check later and give some feedback. Either way, thank you

Sorry, i meant 1.0.5.3.

Is it only with me that when i make differences in flat stages (10-20 seconds), then i go see classifications and there is no difference?

matt17br
No it's not only you - PCM has a setting that allows stage makers to add a threshold after which the 'PCM gaps' count as gaps in the rankings.

In flat stages, by default, it's 20 seconds - to be clear, a gap of 20 seconds in PCM between a rider and the other, after the stage, won't count in the rankings, but a 21 seconds gap will count as a 21 seconds gap. This is done to kind of mimic real life, considering how, obviously, PCM's clock ticks faster than reality because of its 1:10 scale.

I just had a chat concerning this topic with Stylus (Cyanide staff) on discord because I was bugged by this as well. It is also a problem on hill finishes where a 10 second gap is required. Like Matt said it has scale reasons and unfortunately they won't change it although I personally think that it brings along more disadvantages than advantages.

I don't think you realise that every flat stage there are small gaps all throughout the peloton, it would be a nightmare if they got rid of this. If you didn't sprint you would lose like 20 seconds to the sprinter's every time.

As opposed to hill finishes, 10 seconds is perfect. Anything less than that is so minimal and it's not worth all the issues that getting rid of it would give.

EDIT: Also not sure if this is a bug, but I've noticed that whenever their are crashes in-game, often those same riders who crashed will crash again later in the stage. It seems as though at the start of every stage there are certain riders who are scripted to crash. Just something I've noticed through 100+ hours of playing, anyone else experienced this?

I agree with you that it is necessary on the flat stages but on hill finishes I rarely see time gaps because of it. This is a problem especially in races without big mountains. If Sagan wins TDU because there are only several gaps under 10 seconds on Willunga Hill this annoys me. Sometimes riders are 30-60 seconds down on the winner but they don't loose time because of that setting.

yes, i got the same, not sure about a bug, because sometimes I have crashes of 60/70 people and it's quite reasonable that someone of them will crash again or, was already crashed

I dont remember if it was in December or January, but i was able to make some offers (i thought they could sigh in january perhaps...). They wanted to wait, i said yes and the offers stayed there all season.. Now i am in 8th July and those riders did not say anything yet and i wanted to make a better offer but i can't..

Any tip please?

At least 2 races, De Kustpijl and De Gooikse Pijl, have sprints and mountain sprints in them. Not sure if is an easy fix to do by myself but they are kinda holding up the season for me. Maybe its a local error.

matt17br
They are most likely races with a fake route that use the routes from stages part of some other stage races. What's the problem that holds up the season though?

Well, im not exactly sure since I haven't tested (kinda stupid not to I guess) but I just fear that the AI will behave strange. Well, off to test.

matt17br
It shouldn't actually, since those points won't count towards any ranking Wink

Seemed to have worked just fine, except for my worthless teammates. But they dont count as a bug.

I dont know if this is a bug but... Nairo Quintana is free in 3rd season.. He did not accept any offer (i think) and he is free..

Aquarius97
That happens because no one team has enough budget to sign him, and he doesn't accept lower offers.

If you want him to race that season, just put him on any team with his respective contract

Problem/bug : team none or invalid
Explanation : Sometimes team menu in pro cyclist shows "none or invalid" which you can't select.

Reproductibility : happens on occasion, don't which occasion though

Game version : 1.0.2.3, but was in pcm 16 too

Temporary solution : going to main menu and reloading doesn't fix the issue; quitting game & restarting game does.

edit: definitely always after leveling up ,still in v 1.0.3.4

Just encountered this bug, right at the start of a pro cyclist career. As sierramike pointed out restarting the game fixed it.

Problem/Bug: The game does not read save before installing the patch
Explaination of the Problem/Bug: I installed patches to version 1.0.5.6 and after this game does not read the old save in pro cyclist mode
Reproducibility : Always
Game version: 1.0.5.6

Not really bug but a small error

In the loading screen a tip shows up mentioning:
A rider who has a low mountain stat will benefit the most from a mountain training camp ( or something simular ).
But no mountain training camps are present at PCM 2017. I guess they copied a little too much from PCM 2016.
