Hehe thanks. Never played the game outside of pcmdaily but I kinda love it already. Gotta admit that I had it a lot easier than every other townie as only I could know for sure that you are not the detective.
But I made sure that I keep mentioning that you could be part of the mafia in every single post to made sure you'd be lynch right after my eventual kill.
In fact I was so sure that you are mafia and not CC that I voted with a imo much weaker explanation for bbl (which probably surprised you and seemingly confused half the town) just to see who else is quickly jumping on the bandwaggon. Waghlon didn't disappoint me and confirmed to my head cannon that he is the next likely mafia member. Quite weird that of all the people i picked out the detective . Totally forgot about the terrorist though which destroyed a big part of my plans as neither me nor bbl survived that day (tried to help bbl for the next daday with my big scenario post hoping that he would investigate waghlon again)

I was just so sure that you had little chance to survive till the end that i never saw you missing out the chance for an easy corpse. And tbh, it still doesn't make too much sense to me when part of the plan was to bomb yourself.

Because you were using a dodging tactic throughout the whole game  and just acting a little off. I was not going to make the first move to lynch you and everyone call me out like they did when people started lynching bball. I wanted to stay in because I had weapons but did not just want to hand them out to everyone. I gave one to bball because I originally trusted him but he never used it which raised a red flag to me
I wasn't just going to use the weapon on a rando, I wanted a good lead. If somehow Trek and I had both survived the day of bloodshed I was going to off him that night.
Good game everyone. Now, we could have won this game days ago if you all had just believed me since I was the detective, but nevertheless, we did win, even if only two people are left in the town. The 3 mafia members in four nights was completely coincidental luck, but a very cool factoid.
Knockout was definitely MVP in my book. He put so much thought into everything that he forced Trek to kill himself when it might have just gone to lynch me otherwise. His explanations forced everyone to believe me, and even though it was too late for me to live, that still helped win the game.

The plan with the detective claim was either to create havoc (i.e. The real CC finds that someone in the town is mafia, that person gets lynched, then so does the real CC for faking (or even better if the CC finds several 'mafia' or me as inno). It probably would've worked in the end if Rafid was active as I would've been bought some time maybe by his lynching. Also getting the detective out so I could blow them up without the doctor protecting them was a goal, btw, who was the doctor?

Sounds good. perhaps waiting a day longer or pushing harder to lynch me would have given you more credibility. You played it quite well but I don't see how I would have survived the second day if you tried to hammer me out of the game (you could easily have played the "either we got a mafia member of we have confirmed the other detective as trustable " card)

I was the doctor indeed. Shame to find out that I wasn't doctor-god I never tried to save trek in night 3 btw, thought knockout would make more sense to save.

It was fun guys glad that we won. Sorry that I played poorly at the end of the game. I have to say that I thought it was jseadog until he got killed. If I were the mafia I would've killed Marco that round. Thanks for running this Jandal and knockout you are the real MVP. BBL I tried my best to keep you alive.

My Thoughts:
First off, congratulations to the town on a deserved win here. I'd like to share my thoughts as the host of the game.
As many have said, knockout was the MVP of this game. He provided a valuable insight for the town at every opportunity and left them with a clear message what to do. It's no surprise he was trekbmc's target first to frame him and secondly to bomb him.
Marcovdw did well to fire that winning shot, too, as well as playing the game quite well (he had some good investigations to make, if only he wasn't so confused ). baseballlover had that amazing 3-1 mafia investigation streak even if Waghlon appeared town. Speaking of which, I thought Waghlon played an excellent game under the circumstances as the last mafia member and almost pulled it out of the bag - chapeau to you.
Two things I wished happened - the first is on my part as I apologise again for not giving extra voting hours after trekbmc's terrorist attack - I searched but couldn't find a precedent and sort of panic-went to night. The second is Waghlon choosing not to kill anybody on the last night Though in saying that, other than killing Marcovdw, he made the right move in the end though it didn't give him the result he wanted.
And lastly, thanks to every single player of this game, I've enjoyed it and I hope you have and also hope to see many of you back for the next edition, potentially sometime Octoberish.

My thought as an innocent(?) bystander:
trek was doing some weird ass stuff near the end but he blew himself up just in time. He juggled his cc story long enough and acted in time , nice.
Waghlon the ultimate don, perfectly played until the end, but marcov with the decisive kill. The end was real exciting and I had no idea who was who.
I did suspect Raziz at one point and he turned out to be mafia so I was right there, hooray.
I never believed bbl to be mafia. It was a sad day when he died |

Knockout was the MVP of the game for me, very believable and put a lot of thought into everything, especially in that nice situational piece on BBL.
The town made some bad decisions towards the end (influenced greatly by me Sorry!) but I'm glad we got the win with the clutch by marco at the end!
I thought I played ok, my voting record was largely correct and I did manage to put Waghlon in the 'untrusted' faction of remaining townsfolk over Reveille (who I'm glad wasn't revealed to be the GF, would have been embarrassing for me as I trusted him early on)
I also tried to be tactical at the end, hoping someone would claim to be a Mason in the last few days hoping to catch them out but alas Waghlon didnt take the bait

Yeah, that would've been quite smart, I was quite tempted when you asked me for my second read (leading me to panic and read the whole thread to see if I'd been asked to make a read in a particular person) to say that I found you as mafia, so that I still might be detective but I figured that it would make me more trustworthy to claim I wasn't the detective, unfortunately, it probably would've been smarter to go the other way.

I was actually quite certain it would be Waghlon over Reveille, just read through everything again, twice, including the weird David Lynch picture Waghlon send and seeking a hidden message behind it.
But I actually thought the Godfather would lynch me after I called him, amongst others, a whimp. (Please note that everything I wrote during the game was in-character, I don't hate anyone of you ) I actually hoped perhaps that you would continue the impasse but then you'd risk jdog crafting a weapon. My plan was to give jdog three chances, he would send a gun to each of us. If ather those three days no one had received the gun we would lynch him. Luckily that didn't happen.
I do actually feel bad for the whole bball/trek/knockout thingy. I was desperate to prove I was the detective (by the Mafia reading on bball) that I was blinded by the fact trek was not telling the truth.
After all, thanks jandal for organizing.
PS: I'm have never been lynched or killed in all 4 seasons, please don't change that

I actually do not know why I picked Marco to get the gun i pretty much just picked the ones that heckled me the most but could not outright say who I was giving the gun to or they would be killed. Me giving a weapon to ryant the same night he was killed was pure luck
