Why isn't Zmorka riding? His team isn't disbanded before the entire season is over IMO, and the manager of the team is definately active enough.
I have not noticed the rule, we were discussing it few pages back.
Funny to see Golovash failing in TT against Grivko, but at least he grabbed the road race title, congrats fjhoekie! The startlist is brutally one-team sided.
Let's say Golovash pulled a Zmorka.

Nice to see Nascimento doing is bit to take the brazilian TT NC.
We only have the Iberian champs left, with Spain being impossible, so it's mainly just the portuguese we're looking for.
Congratulations to everyone who has secured their colourful jerseys so far!

Woo, first two titles in the pocket, and completely unexpected. Avetisyan must be sad losing both titles, but at least they stay in the team.

Today's NC race held lots of interest for WCC with representation by Contreras contesting the Argy-Bargy event and Mayho (development rider on loan at Valio) fronting up in the fight for the Bermudan champs.
The RR looked like a disaster when the initial 2-up break got away, waving goodbye to both jerseys. But in a turn-up for the MG NC books, came back together. Bermudan champs was still lost, but Contreras picked up a very nice win for the squad. In the TT the outcomes were reversed, so both riders picked up a jersey on the day (and nicely shared the champs out between the various competitiors).
This might help find Contreras a loan spot in the PCT or PT for 2017. He will be straddling that tricky (for a CT team) lvl 3.0 hurdle that means it is not possible to gain a level in a single season on a CT race programme, and given he is one of our better talents, would be a ball-ache to have him only developing slowly.
Final note, shame that without the big Sancor representation the Argentina race ends up being amalgamated; pretty sure from memory that the contingent in previous year(s) has been big enought to warrant it's own race.
Thanks as always to reporters.

Slightly disappointing that Pereyra started pissing about when he was going to win the title but nice to have a TT victory.

De Boss capping a good debut season with a strong debut NC ride. I'll take 4th happily, better than a DNF! And did we see the start of some growing team work between Boivin and De Boss? #rumor

No you didn't Boivin was a fat ass
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

I was hoping Veilleux would try something on a course that suited him, but the small peloton would never let that happen. Oh well, on to some more!

RBC went for a different tactic than Oz in the Aussie NC.. looking at the outcome, it might have been better to try a strong team that might actually chase a break Unlucky to miss out on both titles.
