That a boy Rodriguez: notching up the wins in the early season - even with his bad time in the Basque country. Hoping for a big fight from him in the high mountains now he has the race lead. 
Hopefully, somehow, D2B can come back from his favourite crashing out. The only consolation I can say is that with the amount of crashes so far this season it will be a lucky team whose leader doesn't come down at some point.
I did have a good laugh at Croatia saying he was happy to leave with 'some points' after finishing second in the WT classic!!  |

Strade Bianche and Roma Maxima uploaded.
Spoiler I did a video for Strade but it's really boring because nothing happens.
Verona doing good in Tachira, getting the U25 jersey and hopefully keeping it till the end. Solid racing by the gang too to get team clas for now, which won't stay that way. Good to see Purito so strong.

I thought Roma Maxima was hilly? Not happy with a sprint finish... How strong was the f'in break as well!! WTF

That wasn't the break, I just forgot to capture the break (watched Colbert's piece on Trump), the pictured riders just made a late move.

Roma Maxima was hilly, but the profile was clear enough to expect a sprint, more or less. EBH 4th is decent, but I expected more to be honest.

Dumb planning meant 8th is what I deserved, but still disappointed, especially after Iberica

tbh I expected more from Nibali after he won this race last year, but in total it was a very good team performance in Siena and Roma as well. |

Excellent start at Tachira, Mollema up there again but I'm more impressed by Reinders wearing the youth jersey for two days and the support provided by Van der Lijke which is just what we need to see more of this year.
Mollema coming third at Strade is as good as we could have expected. Hopefully this is a good sign ahead of Amstel and Liege, two of our goal races where we are relying on him to deliver.

Slow start in Tachira, didn't bring a sprint team so not much of a problem. It is a bit disappointing that only Talansky ended in the first group on stage 1, would've hoped Beckeringh could also do that.

Roma Maxima and Iberica basically went as expected with two/three in the top 20 but obviously that doesn't really give us loads of points so hopefully the next few races with Cancellara and Caruso in them will be more successful.
