I definitely am 100 pro cent behind him, would be perfect for my Velogames team if he won

Ok. Two reasons, Velogames and hope defending champion loses.
So it has nothing to do with Quintana |

I'd more say people hope Sky train loses than defending champion.
I'm actually supporting Yates, Porte and Martin but would much much prefer Quintana to win then Froome.

Do you guys know that real life is much more fun and important then any Velogames? |

if you are talking about cycling, when you say important in "real life", I don't care much who wins as long as the race is great, and I think it has been so far.
Velogames is just a game, when I play a game I hope to win.

It feels weird to say this but I hope that Froome wins it from here. Sky really deserve this one. Movistar and Quintana simply don't. It is like going back to how Schleck used to race - seek to dominate the mountains and fail to do anything else.
This is a team sport where you have to use your team to outplay the others. Movistar have completely failed at doing that.

Nairo ''the racer'' Quintana whining. While Froome who I considered to be a robot before keeps gaining both time and the cycling fans.
I really don't understand the love for Quintana |

Oh my God this really is like Schleck all over again. Complain when the course doesn't suit you.

Just watched the stage....Froome really deserves winning the Tour now. Also, what has Quintana complained about? I can't speak spanish.

Flat Windy stages are dangerous and shouldn't be included is basically the main point of his moan.
Essentially, Hey, Could you like just make every stage be 5-6 mountains and end with a steep MTF please cos I'm good at them k thanks bye.
I'm a Sky Fan and I don't mind the "boring" train generally. But yeah, I'd be happier then normal to see Froome win this year because it feels like his the only one really trying.
I think generally the tour would be more exciting if you had more people riding like this, taking 10 seconds here, someone else take back 15 seconds on another day, rather then just waiting till "your" stage and taking 2 minutes and winning it in one day. And yes, I am aware that's how Sky normally win it. I don't think there's anything wrong with that as ultimately a win is a win. But this way is more exciting. |

I wish the green jersey competition would be a bit more closer all the way to Paris at some point in future, but can only be very impressed with Sagan the past two days. While I will always cheer for Cav for Green, Sagan is just awesome.
It's hard to see where Froome can lose time at the moment, but plenty of racing still to come.

I agree. While it sometimes bugs me to see Sagan win green every year, it can't be ignored that he really does earn it the hard way, so props to him.

He had a point
"As always, losing time is not what we want but looking at this incomprehensible route - which seems hard to believe, honestly - which made us pass through the series of towns that we did, on top of that wind, racing with the risks that entails to riders, to the public,"
The race route did have a heap of road furniture and bottlenecks when going through the towns.

Then why don't they complain whenever they have to race in the lowlands? Road furniture is always a part of the sport, and it didn't seem any worse than usual in the previous stage.
Plus the actual final selection happened on a wide road IIRC.
