that is up to you...the maximum is 30 riders - you see the calendar, so choose the number of riders wisely...
for the decrease system: it should be explained in Post 3...after a number of racedays (35) the rider decreases temporarily...until he reaches a race break: a race break gives you 5 race points back each half a month...so it´s a dynamic race day border

I'm not going to update the FAs document to include the new team IDs atm, but Our Dream Foundation - Alfa Romeo's ID is 19 and Movistar's ID is 20.

There was some confusion regarding the rule on when you were charged for being over budget, we have decided to finalise a system:
At the end of each round of FAs every team over budget will lose the rider that the other managers vote (in the thread) as their best rider (including those bought in earlier FA rounds), that rider will be placed back into the Free Agency pool where any team can resign them in the next FA round (including the team who lost the rider).
Sorry for any misinformation previously spread and you are free to change your FAs now (well you could already send a new one at any point during the round).
And knockout your Team ID is 21.
