It is not 100% final as we plan to open up rider suggestions at some point, as well as some minor edits could potentially take place on some riders stats but it should be good enough for now to start to get a general idea of what your team will look like.

6802 Haller Patrick seems to ahve an odd average.
Is this the most recently released daily DB or is it from the one that's still in progress?

Thanks for spotting that Seems there was a mistake due to Marco Haller having the same name. I've uploaded a new one now with that fixed, same link.
The db is based off the one is progress but Croatia has edited some stats.

Budget
For the first season the budget for all teams will stand at 7.5 mio€. This information can give you a small view on who you might go for in the first round of the free agency, as the minimum wage is included in the DB.
Changes of team informations are still possible until the free agency starts, same goes for sign-ups. Jerseys are open until the season starts.
Great to see that we´re coming close to the borderline of 16 sign-ups, so that we are pretty close to start the action. Stay tuned guys, I´m hyped

Alright, I'll give a few suggestions then:
- Louis Vervaeke seems underrated as a stage racer. He had some great results in the youth races and also showed himself in yesterday's Catalunya stage. Ok, he's not as succesfull as the other "Jonge Benen", but he was used as a domestique last year. Upping a few stats by 1/2 would make him more realistic.
- Bert Van Lerberghe has had some nice races so far, so I would increase his secondary stats a bit and raise his potential, as 4 is really low.
- Amaury Capiot is a very promising cobbler, just look a his race in Dwars Door Vlaanderen, so an upgrade of his Cobble and Stamina stat would be appreciated.
- Otto Vergaerde and Eli Iserbyt, one is a track rider and one is a cyclocross rider. Both are huge talents so I'd up there potential by 2, and give Vergaerde better sprinter stats and Iserbyt better classics stats.

We agree with most of the suggestions you made (Capiot didn´t get an upgrade, Vergaerde "only" a potential upgrade, the others got upgraded as you descripted), the changes will be seen in the next DB version

So, am not, am dissapointed, may leave, watch this space.
Also, seriously Bevin is underrated and so is Dion Smith. What are they, January 2015 stats? Smith little sprinting update to maybe 72 or 73 but mostly hills should be 71-72 and mon 69-70, though that might be a bit much.
