Nibali considers suing Brammeier and Tony Martin. Eh what? Quite extreme imo. Also Vaughters is funny and wants your money. Is their a single issue in cycling Vaugthers can stay quit on?
Anyhoo, the only detail worth sharing that apparently Brammeier is part of a delegation who set up the extreme weather protocol. Is Brammeier just offended that Nibali/Astana react to extreme weather protocol and actually want to make sure that they don't spend a year training for possibly nothing?

That fact was known since late 2007, when famous criminal Vallanzasca wrote a letter to Pantani's mother, it's just that now there might be some serious action taken.

That's how Italy works thanks to our former beloved Prime Minister, however there's always countless ways to re-open cases because of how those very laws were done. So yeah not like anyone is expecting anything but the case is not legally closed.

Such old news! Anyway I doubt the positive itself was fake but them organising that it would come out instead of the usual covering up of a positive test is plausible and highly likely
