---- Transfers are Open! ----
In this thread only post when it's directly part of a transfer. If you want to discuss something, do that in the general discussion thread. Also there is a transfer discussion thread where you can show what riders you'd like to sell and so on: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....rowstart=0
In a deal at least one rider must be involved, more are accepted. The money you pay will be deducted from your remaining budget. Watch out that you don't go over it. If you do, you'll be punished. This season also stat packages from last season's research can be involved.
This is how a transfer looks like, any other format won't be accepted:
A manager offers a rider:
Celesio Pro Cycling
Fabian Cancellara
SWI 80,8 1000
500
A valid bid must contain the name of the selling team, the name of the rider, the rider's nationality, his average and his wage. In the last row put the minimum offer you'd accept. You can also demand a rider here:
UPS Cycling
Jelle Vanendert
BEL 76,6 600
Cobbles > 77 AND/OR Sprint > 79, Wage < 750
In this example UPS would ask for a rider with cobbles higher than 77 and/or with sprint more than 79 and a wage below 750. If you would give away your rider for nothing put a 0 in the last row.
Another Manager offers something for that rider:
Jesleyh wrote:
Team Shell
Muhammed Muhammed
BRU 57,5 40
5000
Prorace Cyling Team
5000
If you want to bid on a rider that's up for sale, quote the post stating that. You can of course also offer riders:
mvhoogdalem wrote:
Celesio Pro Cycling
Fabian Cancellara
SWI 80,8 1000
500
Swiss Life Team
500
If you want to offer several riders for one rider or a rider plus some cash, simply put it below each other.

EDIT: Sorry for editing, I only put in the table format.
Team Shell
Dries Devenyns
BEL 74,4 300
Bart de Clercq
BEL 74,5 380
Dylan van Baarle
NED 71,2 200
Elmar Reinders
NED 68,1 130
Jenthe Biermans
BEL 66,4 115
If you think you deserve to get some money for the rider you are offering for the one that was put up for transfers, put a "-" before the value you'd like to get.
A deal gets sealed:

Confirmed
A deal needs to be confirmed by the seller. Therefore he just quotes the offer he likes best and writes "confirmed". You can choose any deal you'd like.
To confirm a deal you need to wait at least twelve hours after putting the rider up for sale. You can wait longer, though. If there is any offer that's higher than the minimum required offer you have to accept it, you can't decide afterwards that you don't want to sell that rider.
Negotiations will be made via pm or in the transfer discussion thread not in this thread. If you want to improve/change an offer you made previously on a rider make a new post.
In the spoiler you see your remaining budget. Please remember that if you buy a rider you not only have to pay the transfer fee, but also the riders wage.
In post 2 you will find a list of sealed deals and in post 3 a list of riders that are up for sale.
