Other than rider pictures and perhaps a couple of other stuff (such as sponsor boards/variants/race logos/race leader shirts), I don't think so. The best way would be to make multiple installations of the game for different DBs:

I downloaded this, re changed the flags back to what they were for the PCMdaily 2013 DB but when I run this DB there are no pink flags but when I run PCMdaily 2013 DB there are, I done a check and one of them is the Albania flag its there for PCM freaks but not PCMdauly 2013 DB.
Can anyone help thanks

When you switch between databases the game automatically updates the Local to the current database you chose as default.
When you loaded PCMfreaks, the local chose this as your default and when you run PCMdaily, the local files are set for pcmfreaks local...when you go back to pcmfreaks, it will probably revert back to pcmdailies Local and screw your flags up with the other database.
The way around it is to either save a backup Local for each database and rename it to just Local when you wish to start with the other database. or
You make sure the Local includes the same lines in STA_tga and that your PCMFreaks and Daily database have matching lines for DYN_Region and DYN_country.
I discovered this when I cleaned out my database folder and just added my new database to the My Docs folder. Because I had deleted what I had set as my default database it reverted back to the original Local which is without my changes. I keep a backup of my Local now |

Im completely lost lol, would installing the PCMdily DB over the top of it work or will it completely ruin my game?

You need the original Local files for both databases. Crue included a backup one in your C/Program files/Cyanide/PCM_season 2012/ PCMdaily db backup folder.
Copy this back into your My Documents/PCM 2012 folder and this will allow you to go back to PCMdaily database and fix the problem for it.
As for the PCMfreaks db, you may need to install it into a phony folder to get their local.
I would then rename their local to Local PCMF or something and rename it to just Local when you wish to use that database.
You will then need to go back and copy to the PCMdaily local again and replace it back in each time you wish to switch back.
Or you rewrite the PCMFreaks local and database to match in the DYN folders. |

Like I said, it was a trial and error discovery
Annoying because I had to rewrite my Local every time I lost flags. Now I just have a backup to the backup with my perfect Local containing 127 countries including Monaco, Iceland, Faroe Islands etc. |

I just noticed that during the first stage of any multi day race. The points system doesn't seems right.
Ex:
I won the first stage w/c is a ITT, and after the stage, I should be getting the GC, and the points Jersey.
But when I check the stage summary, I was taken aback that the 64th rider took the 25 points, w/c is weird.
How do I repair this, it seems that all multi day race has this problem.

I copied the PCMdaily 2013 DB local.cdb from the backup folder into Document/pro cycling manager and it has worked for both DB's

I also wish to add a few extra equipment to this DB taken from other DB. Like frame, wheels, and helmets. how do I do that?

I assume Lance isn't in the database, but I would like to add him. So is there something i need to do differently when adding him, so that if he wins TdF it shows that he now has 8 victories.

In DYN_palmares_cyclist, find Lance (ID 1316 I'd guess) and in column fkIDcyclist, put the ID which you've used to add him in DYN_cyclist.
