Alitalia is the flag carrier and national airline of Italy. "Alitalia" is a portmanteau of the words ali (wings), and Italia (Italy). As of 2014, it is the eleventh-largest airline in Europe. Alitalia is distinguished by the quality of its service, passenger care, maintenance and the training of its personnel. In Europe, it is one of the most punctual airlines and has one of the most modern fleets, with an average age of only 7 years.
Following the need of expanding our horizons we've decided to sign 6 French riders for the 2016 season, along with 2 Belgian talents. This means that we succesfully managed to keep our Italian focus intact, managing to sign 16 riders from our home country! The team will realistically be fighting to avoid slipping back to CT during its first year, and the team managers are sure they can accomplish that, thanks to the work of our riders and of the rest of the people working behind the scenes. Here's a quick outlook on our main riders:
Moreno Moser, one of the most talented puncheurs in the world, he won Milano - Torino along with many other stages and managed astounding results in quite a lot of important races; Adriano Malori, Italian Champion against the clock and likewise, one of the best time trialists in the world. He joined the team this year; Dario Cataldo, last season's Continental Individual Rankings winner and one of this season's most important signings for us; Sonny Colbrelli, our best hope for the hilly races with a flat finish, which are quite a lot in the ICL calendar and Daniel Oss, sublime powerhouse, fundamental domestique and great name for the Northern Classics.

Eurosport - Pepsi are in their second year in ICL and the first year in the WT after being crowned CT champions for 2015. We are a mainly French team with some riders from USA and GBR. Due to the international operations of both sponsors riders from any country will be welcome.
Eurosport is a European television sports network co-operated by French broadcaster TF1 Group, and Discovery Communications Incorporated.
The network of channels is available in 54 countries, in 20 different languages providing viewers with European and international sporting events. Countries outside Europe include Indonesia, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong. Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Malaysia.
Pepsi is a cola from PepsiCo, the second largest food and beverage business in the world, headquartered in Purchase, New York, United States. Due to the lack of USA riders Pepsi has decided to pull out after the 2016 season.
Team Manager DaveTwoBob is hoping for more words of wisdom from Eurosport global cycling ambassador and three times Tour de France champion Greg LeMond to help him steer the team through their first WT season.

Final Squad
The recruitment objectives were to get leaders for the World Tour and increase the squad from 16 to at least 31. We managed to hire Romain Bardet and Mark Cavendish as our leaders. With all the cash going on leaders there is a serious lack of depth so we will struggle to defend if we are lucky enough to be leading, and the Ardennes races will likely be a washout. Most of the other recruits are youngsters, we have enough to fill 2 development teams! The squad has been built to be fairly balanced.
