Aw crap, Stuyven broke his wrist in that crash and has to abandon. He's out of the worlds as well, quite sad for him after. Quite an achievement what he did, but this has to be very disappointing for him.

The Sagan fine was a poor decision but that tweet is idiotic, yes Nibali only got fined 200 but what the tweeter seems to have missed is the fact Nibali was also DQ'd for it aswell. I don't mind people complaining but at least use the facts and not just cherry pick to suit whatever argument you are trying to make.

It's for either wearing or not wearing his national time trial jersey in a team time trial. Can't remember for sure which.
