Cannondale Garmin will be one sucky team next year. They better hope Dombrowski, Formolo and Mohoric develop quickly.

That sucks for Cannondale. There's little chance they'll manage to have another rider of this calibre in their 2016 roster. I hope that opens up a budget for at least one decent name to come as a replacement. |

you want him to become a rider that stays forever with one team, never changing and become a rider with results like Gesink (perhaps bad example after this year) or Boogerd or insert dutch rider here because dutch rider usually are that stupid.
Yes.
Why? Who are you loyal to exactly, Garmin? Cannonade? Slipstream Sports? Cycling isn't a traditional team sport with teams coming and going on a sponsors whim, plus he has been there 9 seasons so he owes nothing to that squad. I can't see why he won't get team support at another team and might perform better with different teammates who might actually teach him how to position himself properly in the peloton.

Have Formolo and Mohoric signed on for next season?

I had loved to see him in Garmin colours as well. But things change everywhere.
In the end this need not even be a bad thing to be honest. Who knows if another rider like Mohoric, Moser or probably most likely Villella/Formolo can step up when having more freedom.
I don`t know who stays with the team for sure as PCS only lists Moser of this list actually alongside Talansky, Zepuntke, Dombrowski, Navardauskas as more proper riders. But I surely hope the other talents above will also see a chance with them. |

I can't see how this isn't bad for Garmin to be honest.
They lost their best rider. The only one is legitimately one of the best in his proper field, and can do well in another. He's also still fairly young, and right int he prime of his career. huge loss for them.
This will give some openings for young riders, sure. but most of the Liquigas guys are out of contracts, and there's no assurance they'll be here next year. If a couple of their other talents end up to be flops, I don't know how Garmin are still a World Tour team past 2016.

Fairly young as in he's just turning 29 and still in the prime of his career, not as in he's a talent or something. He's still has some years at his top level, is what I meant. So he'd still be a long term asset.
After all, he's a few months younger than Gesink, who is a great upcoming talent.

This is one of the most stupid post I have ever read.
Looks like in category "blind fan troll mode hysteria."
Also Lance called ex team mates as traitors.
What is wrong with Garmin anyway..nice team..nice managment. Of corse not Sky budjet. Still they have been fighting to get any result..reminds me lot of Lampre..old team who is keep making weak transfer moves. |

I cannot conceive how Lance Armstrong's doping cases have absolutely anything to do with this.

it wouldn't make sense to hate etixx if martin comes since he would be a great addition for any team |

he believes in the "one Martin per team" quota so if Daniel comes, Tony must go

This is somewhat important, say if you're using a live feed or (less realistic), watching the stage. 'Martin (Etixx) attacks!' 'Martin (Etixx) wins the stage' Which Martin? Paul could be very happy and then find that it was Dan Martin.

Movistar
Spoiler Live feed will generally give clues at some stage... But I see your point

I'm not sure what Cannondale-Garmin are doing as a team. They let all their support for Langveld go in the cobble classics, which meant no presence in the cobble races and now have let the main classics man in Martin go.
Talansky might get on a GT podium if his form is good, but he's not as good this year as we was last year and has been overtaken by TVG as the top American GC man. Hesjedal's never going to repeat his Giro victory and is really now just going for stages.
The team has no top rank sprinter either for victories either. |
