Would like to Rogic ride with them. I really like the composition of their team.

They really have built a great little squad with plenty of young talent and the big name riders they brought in last year have served what I think was there main purpose of getting them invites to the bigger races. The TDF invite was a big deal and that they won a stage pretty much sets them up for next season in regards to wildcard entries. I do wonder if they keep riders such as Goss, Bos and Ciolek who are all out of contract I believe, Goss is done as anything other than a leadout at the top level and I know Bos has been injured, guess Ciolek deserves another contract

I think Ciolek will stay at MTN, just because of their shared background (Milan-San Remo). Goss just didn´t really deliver anywhere, I think he will replaced by an even better rider than they have at the moment. About Bos I don´t really know, didn´t see him delivering but you mentioned he was injured...
Maybe the team will go up to WT as there is a free place and if they manage to sign some strong riders... |

That was so obvious that Richie Porte would go to BMC he's following the footsteps of Cadel Evans |

The only way TVG loses Tour leadership is either illness/injury or if the wheels completely fall off for some reason next season, he has proven he can race 3 weeks and is a certain top 10 TDF rider. Porte is yet to show he is anything other than a quality 1 week stage racer and GT domestique.

And that was at Sky. Let's see what happens now. Perhaps he is one of those guys who forget how to train properly

HAHA! Yeah but that doesn't mean he is a treat to TVG for Tour leadership, he won't even get joint leadership. Surely BMC send him to the Giro

That's not what he said in the Cyclingnews article. he said he was going to led Paris Nice and would share leadership with Tejay at the Tour.

Of course he said that but I doubt it will happen that way

It will happen that way because the main reason why he changed of team is because he wanted leadership for the tour, why would he go to BMC to be giro leader when he was already leader in this race for team sky? Where's the logic ? He will be co leader with TVG and the strongest rider will take full leadership. Porte is far stronger than TVG but he lack consistency to be among the top GC riders whereas TVG isn't among best GC riders but is consistency make him finish well during GT

Which I find a shame as a Tejay fan, as he has grown and finally showed this year he could really be up there with sole leadership of the Tour, and now he's back to step one.
