He had Greipel's wheel today - couldn't have had anything better than that.

it's about timing..Greipel was best on this year tour. Sagan and other guy's have flying pass him few meters after line.

I see only one in 2012. The bigger problem is for the last 3 years two African winners Pfft

Didn't they legitimately play the wrong one a few years back? I feel like it was 2011 when Cadel Evans won.

2012? Thought that had a Belgian winner.

Nah 2011 they actually had an Australian performer doing the national anthem, I have a feeling it was 2009

Edit: here ya go!

In the right direction I say. It's a long time since Rule Britannia was the ticket.
At this sport UK is actually winning, not like in footie. Believing to be the champions at every World Cup, but always coming up short.

Not necessarily. I also would prefer having them speaking free.
But it`s seen everywhere on podiums. Also at Oscars etc.

This prevents to forget someone to thank for example.

yeah but it feels less honest or true this way

Well yeah it was plain but guess he didn't want to forget anybody, its the least of the many concerns with Froome

Mates, standing up on that podium will stir your head, Whatever you had on your mind before flies out the windows. The note is to try and focus.
Just look at Cadel back then crying (sure he wasn't thinking to do that)

Froomie needed to get that message back to people of France too !!!
I hope it's like with hooligans, the dirty few screws up everything
He probably knows that very well.

How? Maybe it shows he doesn't want to forget anyone who he thinks deserves to be thanked

Ah of course. That was great. Doesn't even feel like it was 6 years ago.

Well deserved 1-2-3, polka-dot, white and team classification for Movisky in the end. They were the best team throughout the whole Tour. Though, they cheated by using 18 riders but who gives a shit. Pfft
