Hirt - I seriously love that guy
4th place on that super-hard stage while he is maybe the 15th best climber in the race. I really don't know how to express all the joy he brings me.. If he goes on like that, I feel like writing him a sonnet.

Yeah... nice reports but little for strava so far. Need to get some stage racers next season to make such mandatory races not a completely borefest for us. #ExpectNothing #GetEvenLess

Koep did okay I suppose. He's worse than his mountain should make him, but as Roturn said, the acceleration really hurts him.

PCM is a funny thing, isn't it?
Overjoyed with the win! Hopefully we can achieve our goal of a top 5 with Nieve now I suppose. He was obviously in great shape, but I fear Nieve now being our leader will make us vulnerable when Anacona eventually has a good day.
Thanks for the report!

Hopefully being behind will make Anacona a bit more proactive in the rest of the race, though attacking is his biggest problem. Had hoped this climb could be long and hard enough for that to only have minor significance.
Congrats to Indosat with a deserved stage win.

It was my first breakaway, and Simantirakis did a great stage I hope that he will fight to a good GC spot, or rather going again in breaks to take the mountains jersey.

Looks like if things carry on as they have done so far Team Actavis might just hit our first season goal of a top 10 finish overall! Come on you floral-prints!

12th GC for Wang. Not bad stage for us. Lets see what Matthews can do tomorrow. Likely to be a breakaway instead |

Tim Roe coming in 57th 12 minutes behind is not the start I wanted. Maybe a stage win tomorrow from Giacoppo or Davis...

Franczak was well positioned behind Mathews but disappeared near the end for 14th... My stage win chances aren't looking good

What the hell kind of a sprint was that? It's a bit frustrating when you bring a sprinter to a mountain race and they can't even get a top 50 or bother to try.

Crappy race for the team (like usual). Somehow Koep cracked so bad that Ebsen finished a group ahead of him. Despicable.

Yeah weird.
At least still a top15. But he surely should improve on the last stage. |

I hope so. I was also hoping that if Ebsen had good form he might use it to help his leader, instead of making his own pull for a glorious top 20.
Tomorrow suits Koep a bit better, but I don't have my hopes too high.
