Well there are two ways to add the equipment to the game. You can either replace it by some other equipment or you can add it. The latter is the hardest because you need to do edits in the DB.
Here's an example of the first case. You want to simply replace Saxobank's frame in your current DB to the new version posted here. In the Daily DB, the file of frame used by Saxobank is called frame_specialized_venge. You can find it in Program Files/Cyanide/PCM11/3D/Cyclists/Equipment/Frames. So to replace them, all you need to do is rename the equipment you've downloaded to frame_specialized_venge (but don't forget to keep the _s, _n, and _d in the name of the .dds files) and paste them in the directory above, overwriting the old files. And there you go, Saxobank will now ride with the equipment you installed. If you want to look which file corresponds to which equipment in-game, take a look in STA_equipment in your DB (you need an unofficial DB editor. You can download one of these in the Downloads section of the site, and I think that the most user friendly is probably the PCM Fast Editor).
Now, if you want to add the equipment to the DB it's quite complicated. You need to paste your downloaded files in the directory pointed above (obviously if you downloaded a helmet you'll place it in Equipment/Helmet, not Equipment/Frames). After that you need to edit your DB (again with an unofficial editor). To do so, check out this thread:
https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....d_id=20587
Good luck If you have any problem just tell us.
