It looks like their 2012 kit. Has this been confirmed for 2013? I tried to look at biciciclismo.com, the official team website and Facebook, but I couldn't find a confirmation that this is the jersey for 2013.

True, but they have done some changes to the kit over the years. I'll post my version though and if they change the kit, I'll update it. But for now, CCC-Polsat-Polkowice 2013:

I think OPQS looks far better in PCM style, though I don't know what is on the back on the sides and round the neck.
Does anyone know if there is a photo of the back of Crelan(Landbouwkrediet)?

I think the Crelan jersey may just be for the cross season - KDL Trans is only sponsoring Nys as far as I know.
