I checked them again with a double search and just
Name: Jordi Simon Casulleras
DOB: 06/09/1990
Nationality: Spanish
CQ Link: https://www.cqrank...
PCS Link: https://www.procyc...
is already in the DB (currently at Barcelona) I overlooked him because I searched before for "Casulleras" and he is just Jordi Simon at the DB.
But everyone else is currently not from my list in the DB.
I have the latest one that was given out after the training and transfer season.

Dahlberg is also in I think. Rosa, Zardini and Lammertink were on my list so I'll suggest stats for them when I post it.

the following 3 are current members of the British Olympic cycling academy team - 100% Me, and perhaps the most likely to sign with pro teams in 2014.
Simon Yates (GB) (7/8/92) - winner of a stage at 2011 Tour de l'Avenir, 10th in GC 2013 Fleche du Sud, 9th in GC 2013 An Post Ras, a top 10 stage finish in 2012 Tour of Britain, several Premier Calender podiums, 2013 world track champion in the points race and 90% certain to join Sky in 2014.
probably a similar kind of rider to Pete Kennaugh in terms of being a punchy kind of rider.

CA - tinyurl.com/oyetdvo
Jonathan Dibben (GB) (12/2/94) - 4th in 2011 junior Paris - Roubaix & 3rd in 2012 so perhaps has some potential as a possible classics rider.
CQ - tinyurl.com/mrrd6jm
CA - tinyurl.com/qdy5fgs
Samuel Harrison (GB) (24/6/92) - 7th in 2010 junior Paris - Roubaix, 2012 & 2013 British u23 TT champion. he'll most likely be focusing on the track up to 2016 but has potential to be a decent time trialist on the road.

Maybe the thread title should be changed to make it more obvious that this is about the MG?

Evgeny Shalunov (RUS)
8th of January 1992
https://www.cqrank...erid=18643
Evgeny has done great this year with a couple of top 10 finishes, and last year he won Vuelta a la Rioja. He could turn out to be a great puncheur with decent sprinting and timetrialling.
Maxim Razumov
12th of January 1990
https://www.cqrank...erid=12796
Just signed with Katusha as a stagiare. He is a great puncheur who has won a lot this year. Three stages in Grand Prix of Sochi and an overall win in Five Rings of Moscow. Great puncher and sprinter. Could possibly win Liege - Bstogne - Liege in some years.
Sergey Nikolaev
5th of February 1988
https://www.cqrank...erid=10527
Sergey has taken his time to shine, but this year he has been really good. Top 5 positions in Tour de Normandie, Grand Prix of Sochi, Five Rings of Moscow, Tour de Slovaquie and Tour de Serbie, has reserved a spot in Katusha. His sprinting is outrageous.
Vyacheslav Kuznetsov
24th of June 1989
https://www.cqrank...erid=10443
Vyacheslav is a great allrounder. He can keep up in every terrain, and could evolve so much, that he will become a new Sagan. Or maybe he will be a new Menchov. This is one of Russia's future stars.

Is it maybe possible to lock this thread for MG managers only?
That is some pile of russians Oleg, i hope i will steal some from you and Miggi.
I will try to look on some of these and their results, if Oleg has no more input on them.

I think Miggi has left the ManGame a long time ago, which is kind of &$*$, since after the disbandment of Koppert, LukOil got promoted to PCT...
On the riders; yes I wanted the edit that in later, but no edit button, so Avin feel free to input aswell, just like Faillu already did.

Potential/Future: is an engineer, so should be able to set-up his time trial bike to perfection, wants to be a GC rider (Tour/Vuelta)
But still has a lot to learn (only 19) he finished second last @ GP Gippingen and was out of time @ Tour of the Gila, stage 4 but in his defends the race was only 69.5km, so OTL was harsh.

70 kg kg
2012 - 2013: Rietumu - Delfin

Okay, i took a look on some of these and here is my input (maybe Oleg can correct some of it later).
Mikhail Akimov: all rounder/fighter, 21years
Michail looks like an all arounder to me. Certainly not a sprinting, nor climbing specialist. He is decent on hills and can climb to some top30-40 in U23competitions.
He could use decent flat and hill stat, with good sprint to finish from the breakaway, where he can get thanks to his fighter stat. His best results came from sprints of smaller attacking groups (especially in 2010,where he challenged likes of Zordan and Polanc in some races).
Best stat suggestion: fighter 71-73
Mikhail Antonov: climber/puncher, 27years
Good climber for the CT level, has some nice results to his name this year, like 11th in Vuelta Leon GC ans several top30s in mostly spanish climbing/punchy classics. But does not seem much explosive to finish high in the group he is in.
His best results came in 2010, so not much potential left i believe.
Best stat suggestion: mountain 70-71
Artur Ershov: flat powerhouse/TT/sprinter, 23years
Solid all arounder, probably best at TTs (he was in Russias NC just as 21years old, but never repeated that).
Also not bad at sprint, it seems that he is the real flat powerhouse, so maybe useful in lead-outs and TTTs in the game.
Best stat suggestion: flat/TT 70-72
Alexander Evtushenko: TT specialist, 20years
Current U23 Russian champion in TT, but that is his only result up to date. Does not seem able to handle hills or climbs at all, maybe just a speedbumps.
I can see him potentially as very good TTist in the man-game, we know that russian TT school is very good, maybe some 77-79 when maxed?
Best stat suggestion: TT 70
I will continue in a while, anyone feel free to include your own observations, especially those who know them, i judge only from results present and past.

Alexander Foliforov stage racer/climber, 21years
This guy looks like a bit of a talent for the future in stage races and mountain stages. 5th recently in U23 Euro champs, doing great in U23 mountain stage races like Giro dAosta and also in U23 classics. Also good TTist. I can see him as the "mini Kritskiy",i would give at least 5 potential, maybe 6, as he seems one of the most talented russian youngsters. But he cant sprin at all, always last in his group.
Best stat suggestion: mountain/TT 70, 5-6 potential
Ilya Gorodnichev: domestique/fighter, 26years
Hard to judge here, he raced 9 race days in 2013 and did not finish many of them, his only noteworthy result is 92nd in GC in Giro Trentino. But in the past years, he was successful in some attacks in hilly races, so i can see him as decent domestique for CT level, also able to fight in the break. I doubt he has some more potential
Best stat suggestion: fighter/flat 70
Vladimir Isaychev: TT specialist/lead-out, 27years
Vladimir surprised with winning the national title in the road race this year, as he is known for years as the TT specialist. His best results every year are in TTs, where he is able to challenge or top20 in HC races, on good day also in WT race.
He could use good flat stat fo sure and decent sprint to make some lead-outs or finish the break.
Best stat suggestion: TT 72-74

Avin, I think that Isaychev is better on prologues than long TT's.

Last two "Oleg's" guys.
Gleb Moiseev: domestique, 28years
Not much to see here, guy struggles for any significant results in present or the past, i can see him as the CT domestique at best, should never reach green numbers by far.
Best stat suggestion: hard to tell, all in mid60s maybe.
Kirill Pozdnyakov: sprinter, 24years
Sprinter specialist, not really good at anything else besides that. Can get over the slight hills, but nothing bigger than that. He struggles to finish near the top20 when there are more hills on the way, or stage is too long. He has all his wins and best results this year, so he can maybe get better in future, i suggest something like 4 potential.
Best stat suggestion: sprint/acc 72/72
