When you first open the TT look at the stats for your first rider you want to estamate what effort you think he can sustain the whole way. Some people like to change the effort of the rider as he goes but the way I do it is find the effort and leave it. As you go throught he team you need to change effort a little bit depending on their stats. If your first rider is 60 TT stats and you find putting him on 65 is good the a guy like Geraint Thomas as your leader would probably go at about 68. Change it with different riders and take the terrain and riders skills into account so the final stage of Paris Nice is if the guy is a good climber so if you don't think this works look at other stats!!!!!!!
