Jose Joaquin Rojas (in my custom team called "FAKE") achieves the 6th rank at this years vuelta. Stats for Rojas are the one from the PCM.daily's Expansion Pack. Rojas has 70 on mountains, and 74 on hills. And this is the result. Dear admin, was that really intended?

No, absolutely not. On the mountains stages, he always finished around the top 20, and on the hill stages, around the top 15. He was in top shape. If you don't believe, you can try it on your own! You'll have a similar result. All I wanted to say is that the Expansion Pack (which I really really LOVE in general) causes some balancing problems.
