I simulated the first stage of Tour Of Qatar, and when i looked at the result, i could see that it took them 3 hours and 23 minutes to drive the 6 km.!

Heh, that stage is easy to win. For some reason its set as a flat stage, not TTT, so if you attack at the start with your best sprinter, its easy.

yes i just get my lead out man straight from the start and you build up a gap and it's easy for your sprinter in the end.

but it should really (as Sporting said) be a TTT.

I'm using the German Cym Team 07 database, and there is the stage set as a TTT.

If you look up at the left side. It says that the stage is 143.0km long.

On the race profile, on the other hand, it says 6km.

And simulating doesn't use the race profile...
