i was considerin puttin valverde down, but he is a good climber, justseems 2 struggle for the 3 weeks of major tours. with evans, he got dropped by contador and rasmussen in the tour, so i dont think he deserves 81, and he never attaks!!!

Very good stats, just the hill stats of some are too high imo (Sastre, Contador, Rasmussen) And Zubeldia is a better fighter.

Cunego has a useful sprint and if probably slightly better than Di Luca in Sprinting.

Some nice stats though, and I agree with Valverde that the hilly skills of some are too high, Rasmussen has no chance of winning Liege Bastogne Liege in real life, but he might with 80 hill.

why doesnt anybody ever change the TT stats of valverde and rasmussen??

in the tour of this year at the first TT, rasmussen came in 11th in the stage and he overtook valverde in the TT.

Rasmussen has never ever performed like that, and you can't up someone's stats because of one performance.

i dont think rasmussen uses dope,, im a firm believer that he is fired by rabobank because theye are chicken and might me excluded if if if.. but the big difference between rasmussens en valverdes TT skill is way too big..

No offense, but bullcrap on Rasmussen's blood passport being evidence of not doping. Did you read carefully into the history? Look at the numbers for past tours, his hematocrit was always at 40 and continued to drop steadily from that.

And then this year? His hematocrit RISES. An undoped person ordinarily will see their hematocrit drop steadily throughout a 3 week tour because of the stress it puts on the body. Doing hard work on the bike day in and day out=killing red blood cells en masse.

Additionally, it's possible to drop your hematocrit after receiving EPO or blood doping by using saline IVs or whatever to dilute the blood a little. It doesn't reduce the number of red blood cells (the important stuff). Just lowers the hematocrit to an acceptable level. I'd suggest you read up on the postings regarding Rasmussen and his blood history in www.cyclingforums... Interesting points there. But based upon the numbers, I have no doubt he doped.

And oh, one more thing, he had an inconclusive test that was suspected of having been tampered with Dynepro, a blood booster for which no test has been developed...

inconclusive is not the same as positive.

he has not been proven to be doped, so at the moment i'm not saying that he is. There is no point in saying someone is doped until they give a positive test.

What's the point in fighting against doping if all you do is accuse people of doping. No need to think about it, there isn't one. He may very well be doped, but at the minute he was in a different country to the one he said he was, that's all.
