Spring Classics Online
Cyanide put the time in to give us a patch to get Online working again, so it's only fair we use it. PCM.Daily's Spring Classics Season is back! Over three nights we will be competeing over 5 classic race routes: MSR, RVV, PR, FW and LBL! The racing is planned to begin on Wednesday 15th. For more details and to register your interest make sure you read the thread here.
Stories of the Month
It's not exactly the end or start of a month but it's been a while and the Story sections are buzzing. the_hoyle's new venture The Domestique is gathering good pace and shows lots of promise. For more PCM14 based reading try Shonak's Lotto Soudal: The Career Report.
PCM13 seems to be the beating heart of story writing for now. Jakstar22's Nairo Quintana - Quest to Win em All rocks onwards. tsmoha takes his NRS 2015 to New Zealand. redrobert is all new with his Bancolombia adventure. Lastly Karl Hammarling completes TheManxMissile's epic story at long last.
Or if you want something old school Sutty is well on his way to breaking records with Team Novo Nordisk on PCM12. Or if PCM11 is more your thing then Ian Butler is back with Flamme Rouge.
Story Games Summary
EPIC finally completed January with the conclusion of San Luis where Peter Sagan won out after many many many weeks of racing. Catalunya keeps the WT active as does the anticipation of more cobbled classics. The Criterium International and KBC De Panne more than occupied the PCT, and several WT, teams. Momentum is good at the moment as the Season Break approaches.
CX: A New Dawn draws close to the end of it's first season. Still a few races to go but most of the titles seem to be wrapped up at this point. Keep an eye out for the end of the year and a chance to join in a surprisingly popular and successful game in the future.
Riding on CX's tail comes Triathlon: A New Start. As you could guess it's about Triathlon and will follow a very similar set-up to CX. Luck is wished to it for the future.
Thread of the Week
There's no denying it will be a Cycling forum thread, nothing else even comes close. The Womens Cycling 2015 finally got more comments thanjust myself. If someone could explain how the DDV|E3|GW thread is still going? There's been plenty of Other Races 2015 to talk about, not least Vuelta al Pais Vasco 2015. But my Thread of the Week is probably incredibly obvious. It's Paris Roubaix 2015 which takes place tomorrow. |
