I am interested in these "command" achievements as I can't really imagine how that will work in the game, how you will build up the "respect" in an alliance
But as I like sprinting I would get the green jersey with Ciolek

I think French Skills are Cofidis etc. the "bad" french teams and as a bad team it's harder to win so that would need an expert to get them winning

Well, at least reading them sounds nice. For an example, setting alliances (and being a 'Man of his word' ), use your riders to lead the peloton ('In control' ) or winning a stage with a rider you don't control by making him attack ('All for my Team-Mates' ). That shows nice communication with other riders.

The thing is.. it says "with a team of Expert difficulty". This makes me think that the teams will be rated based on how good they are. So if you pick a really bad one that's a team of Expert difficulty. So if you manage to win a stage with one of them, that's french skills. Simply because, no matter how bad the french teams are they still manage to win stages in breakaways and stuff like that, it all makes sense that way.

The points allocation seems a bit crazy.
