The 2nd edition of the Divinity DB - and the largest DB (in terms of size, MB) ever so far, I think. Contains 75 stages, more races, lots of graphical stuff.
Jape is back! Known for his save game editor for PCM07 and his startlist tool for PCM06, he's now updated the latter, so you can easily create real-life startlists for PCM08.
A 2008 DB with 69 teams + a (unequal) track DB. Contains all the usual stuff, but also has something interesting experiments with stat potential limitations. As with all other French packs, it contains a lot of graphical extras.
JustinWK has researched all the teams in the database and updated their stats to make them as unbiased an up-to-date as possible. There are no added riders or graphics but the Astana equipment bug is fixed.
With the 2008 season getting close to its end, the first 2009 databases are getting released. The ones released now will soon be outdated, though, but for now, some people might enjoy them
Rooney, a German member, has released an early 2009 DB with the new teams (Katyusha, Cervelo), new riders (Armstrong) and transfers up to 24th of September 2008.
