A 2008 DB with 69 teams + a (unequal) track DB. Contains all the usual stuff, but also has something interesting experiments with stat potential limitations. As with all other French packs, it contains a lot of graphical extras.
The uploaded package does - in contrary to the "original package" - not include the new French commentary.
Installation: Extract all folders except "My Documents" to your main PCM-folder (e.g. Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager). Next, open My Documents and extract the contents to your My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2008-folder.

It seems like a good pack, but it demands that you "re-learn" all about the stats and the riders progression. Gonna do a Tour just to see the actual difference.
