Rooney, a German member, has released an early 2009 DB with the new teams (Katyusha, Cervelo), new riders (Armstrong) and transfers up to 24th of September 2008.
Also includes a Cervelo Test Team shirt.
Installation: Extract CM_Textures and Gui to your main PCM-folder (e.g. Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager) and extract saison2009.cdb to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager/Database/ and select it in-game in Options -> Database
