In celebration of the return of the site though I would post a few files people might find useful.
This post does not require any action, these is just for reference. Once the relevant due dates are settled we will do a specific post. I am just posting now because I thought they might be useful and some may want a headstart. Since I have modified the files I also wanted to give people some extra time for review.
PCT and CT C1+C2 Selection Files
These work basically the same as before except it is laid out differently. Fill out the yellow cells at the top, as applicable, and select races by putting a 1 in the yellow cells in column K. The priority system will work like last year using column L and is described here

CT: https://pcmdaily....tions.xlsx
2025 Planner
Planners will work differently this year, each manager will build their own planner by entering information into the file rather than the admin having to generate them. Once you have built the planner, planning works pretty much like it did before.
Instructions are laid out on the Part 1 and Part 2 tabs. I think it is pretty straightforward. For now don't worry about the confirmation step in Part 1. PCT and CT teams can use the selection files above to generate their C1 and C2 races (and HC for CT) or enter them manually.
Thanks to the mangers who tested the files. If you were a tester you will want to redownload as I did make some small changes that impact output.

Level-Up Calculator
One of the messiest calculations in the mangame is calculatig experience for level up in the game. In the past Roturn talked about releasing his calculator to the community. Now we have 5 admins doing what used to be done by 1, I had the time to get that done. Credit to Roturn on the formulas, I just pulled it into a standalone file. I checked it against last year's file to make sure I didn't mess it up, so I think it is calculating correctly but wouldn't mind a few mangers who have their own tool (I know you exist ) checking.
To use just populate the columns in yellow and it will spit out the new level of your rider and his level up(s) in the columns on the right.
For race days, you can either manually enter them, if you want to see what it will take to level up a rider, or you can copy them from your planner when it is complete. I have added a section on the right of the planner tab which summarizes days by level. Just copy paste values that section into the level up calculator. Just make sure you have your riders listed in the same order as the planner.
I might reissue this with the final pre-transfers DB to automatically populate rider information but we will see.

Enjoy. Questions, issues etc. can be posted in this thread.

Great job on automating as many things as possible here. I think that is the way about it for the future for sure

Thank you! Surely this will be better than my strategy of doing math in my head and counting race days in a notepad file.

That level up calculator is going to be so helpful as I've messed up my own calculations and missed a level up in the past.

Just started with the planner. Seems like a cool tool, but I would really love for the yellow to be no color, and to be able to hide rows and columns. It kinda says it can be done in the Part 2 tab, but doesn't work here atleast.
Other than that it seems to be working perfect.

In the level-up calculator, entering non-zero values into the GTM and PT cells for a lvl1 rider gives them XP points. Why is that?

Good catch, those riders don't generally ride PT or GTM so I guess it doesn't come up much. Corrected version at the link above, hopefully the fix didn't break something else.
