The Race Planner files for ProTour Teams are available. It is named according to your PTHC bands, so please check first if those are correct ! You are in the end responsible to check if the races in the planner are identical to your bands. It will be noticed by the later file, if wrong choices had been taken, but as I only use that later file in the very end, it will be time consuming to fix.
e.g. for PTHC bands 1,2,3 it is the following link. For any other combination of PTHC bands, which is several combinations in total, just change the numbers in chronological order (e.g. ..._346 or ..._256 and not ..._234).
You will need to fill in the ID, Rider Name and Race Day allocation yourself, using the database. These details will of course be checked once you submit the file.
Remember that if you plan to do training, a rider's OVL will increase. You can check this though in the DB. With CTRL+SHIFT+O you can calculate the OVL post training and get an updated rd number.
There no longer is a race clash button. In case you have used a rider on a clashing race, the row will colour itself red. Also the field from A2-D2 colours red if you have any clash. So you better not have any red in your planner in the end. Please don`t change the two other tabs in the file as they are only there to check the clashes. If you change them and no clash is shown afterwards, it also will show up in my later bigger file, which again leads to some time to fix it. In case of mistakes in the clash tab, please check for race clashes in the calendar as well by yourself.
In case you spend more race days than the eligible race days for any rider the coloumn DY as also A3-D3 or EB will colour red to show you.
Also take care of the race restrictions. Minimum 6 riders, maximum 8 riders for all events but time trial classics which is 3 riders. In row 36 and 37 you can see the colour code for this check.
When completed upload to dropbox with the name "PT_TeamName" and PM ManGame-Admin to say it is there.

PCT/CT teams will receive their race planner file once all C1/C2 selection and Wildcard choices have been made during transfers.
Under a week from the end of transfers sounds very little, especially if the post transfers DB doesnt come out immediately after they end
Yes if we can change this to 18/09 that would be much appreciated. Or leave it at the 11th but then I won't be able to have it finished before the deadline, which I believe will be the first time missing a deadline for me in 14 years of ManGane . Well at least is that case I've let you know upfront I won't make it.

I can see value in there being an extension given the deadline of barely a week post transfers to do the thing that makes the season is a bit tight given our season does take a fair bit of time (in real life terms).
Just added all teams with a planner PM to my file, including feedback regarding xp etc.
I see around 20-22 teams that have not send a PM! Seeing around 5 teams have posted in the threads that it might be difficult to get it done in time, that`s still 15+ teams not having said anything.
So not an ideal scenario now. And I really ask anyone to check if a planner PM was sent out and if you haven`t, re-do this asap.
Handful of teams did delete some empty rows after their riders were added. This basically made the startlist creation crash each time and needed a fix.
In future please only use the "hide row" instead. Luckily it was rather easy to identify, which files were corrupt but still ideally not happening.
