The CT division has now their race planners in the dropbox folder.
PCT manager need to wait a bit until the wildcard process is finished.
The Race Planner now includes your race selection and gives you the opportunity to fill your rider squads for those. As it`s individual planners, please only add to those races shown and don`t start to add numbers to hidden race coloumns, as you don`t take part there and would make it just more difficult for us.
Instructions
1. From the DB take the ID, rider names, and race day allowances (of your division!), and add them to the planner file. (Take care you copy paste the number and not any formula for the rd)
2. If you're planning on training, add it to the DB, run the macro (CTRL+SHIFT+O) and take the updated race day allowance!
Then your race planner is ready to go.
General race planner instructions (Recommended for new or forgetful managers)
Spoiler This will look something like this:
To fill in a rider's schedule, put a 1 in the column for each race you want them to ride. It should look something like this:
Note: This planner is simply an example, nothing 2020 season related
Column ES and Cells A/D3 will warn you if you have sent a rider to more races than they have race days for. This updates automatically.
Column EV and Cells A/D2 will warn you if a rider is being sent to more than one race at the same time. This only updates when you click the 'Check Race Clashes' button. Once you have clicked that button, wait until a Text Box prompt appears telling you that the check has been completed. You can also check which races clash in the Calendar excel file, or in the Race Profiles forum.
Rows 36 and 37 show how many riders you have sent to a race. The team size is 8 for every race except some of the TT classics, which are 3 maximum. Remember that you must send at least 6 riders to each races to participate in those.
PCT teams should remember the limits on rider strength for lineups they send to C2 races.
Alternatives
If you can't open .xlsm files, an .xls version can be provided - without any of the macros.
The planner should give you all needed information if you made a mistake such as too many or too few riders in a race, if spending too many race days or if using a rider in a clashing race (once clicking the macro button there).
Submitting
When completed, upload to dropbox with the same name as uploaded "PCT_TeamName" or "CT_TeamName" and PM ManGame-Admin to say it is there.
Deadline
The deadline to finish the race planners is next Wednesday, 21st, 12:00 BST! |

What can be said for PCT teams: all of you got exactly the C1/C2 races you requested. |

Brilliant team effort everyone
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Question: the 15 RD of a stagiaire, does this include the U23 races or can stagiaires compete on top of the 15 RD's?

U23 races don't cost any RD's.

PCT Teams also have their race planners in dropbox!
Deadline next Wednesday!
Most probably later today there will be a final or provisional Post Transfers DB including trainings and updated RDs according to new OVLs.
If you want to start earlier already, please make sure you have updated the OVL and Race Days in the transfers DB yourself!
All wildcards and PTHC/HC/C1/C2 races should be according to your selections. Please check if you find any mistakes asap! |

Additional Info or Reminder for PCT managers in C2 and loans in general!
We will check if you have fulfilled the C2 stat limitations. But as this is time consuming, we hope that you check yourself first and ideally not having any mistakes there to speed things up!
Same goes for loans! Please check that you fulfill the clauses. It will be checked as well but can`t 100% guaranteed, that we will find, in especially as we simply consider Avenir nomination by you for example. |

Am I the only one having issues with the Race Clash macro? It seems stuck in an infinite loop |

The macro takes quite some time but normally should work well.
In the end if you need a quick check, you can also upload the file to your dropbox and send me directly a PM (and MG Admin) asking to check quickly as I can check without macro. |

I also had issues with the race clash button; it returned an error.
But there's a simple workaround: just select a cell in the row of a rider you want to check and press ctrl+shift+r. It checks that rider very quickly. Repeat for all riders.

This is gonna be a long day for me. I know I do this every year, but yeah, selected races without looking at the clashes. I'm especially ashamed for my PT wildcards, will be my C team for San Remo and Giro.
