Circulo de Juarez
C2: 5/3 - 9/3, 5 stages total 809.2 km
Welcome to the 6th edition of Circulo de Juarez on the MG calendar since 2014.
Last year the race was won by Mohamed Harrif Salleh, he won’t be here this year as Sauber Petronas now race at the Pro Continental Tour.
The locals will have their eyes on one team only, Mexican registered Azteca – NBCSN with two riders to defend their nation. Cesar Vaquera who will be amongst the outsiders and domestic Uri Martins Sandoval.
Besides those might also see some love for a regional rider like Cuban Granjel Cabrera.
The 2019 profiles is the same as last year, a flat sprinter race from start to finish.
This is a list of riders I believe will do best here:
Rider | Sp | Ac | F | Re | St | | Rider | Sp | Ac | F | Re | St | Mohs | 82 | 80 | 74 | 62 | 71 | . | McLay | 77 | 76 | 73 | 72 | 74 | Canelon | 78 | 83 | 77 | 69 | 65 | . | Suryadi | 79 | 76 | 71 | 68 | 72 | Boivin | 79 | 80 | 74 | 70 | 74 | . | Berger | 77 | 77 | 73 | 68 | 72 | Granjel Cabrera | 80 | 77 | 75 | 71 | 75 | . | Dockx | 77 | 76 | 73 | 69 | 74 | Carsi | 80 | 82 | 70 | 69 | 66 | . | Tleubayev | 77 | 77 | 72 | 70 | 70 | Moser | 80 | 79 | 72 | 69 | 73 | . | Barbari | 76 | 79 | 71 | 69 | 70 | Krieger | 79 | 79 | 71 | 74 | 71 | . | Castaneda | 79 | 77 | 70 | 65 | 69 | Bennett | 79 | 79 | 71 | 68 | 74 | . | Altanzul | 78 | 75 | 72 | 73 | 68 | Korzh | 78 | 80 | 74 | 65 | 73 | . | Jones | 78 | 78 | 72 | 65 | 66 | Von Hoff | 79 | 77 | 71 | 74 | 71 | . | Kluge | 76 | 73 | 77 | 73 | 75 | Vingerling | 79 | 79 | 71 | 66 | 72 | . | Keough | 78 | 75 | 72 | 67 | 71 | Ranneries | 78 | 82 | 70 | 65 | 68 | . | Changpad | 76 | 78 | 70 | 69 | 69 | Young | 78 | 77 | 74 | 70 | 74 | . | Docker | 78 | 75 | 71 | 69 | 67 | Fonseca | 78 | 77 | 74 | 68 | 74 | . | Franczak | 76 | 76 | 72 | 68 | 72 | Boev | 78 | 78 | 72 | 67 | 74 | . | Sweeting | 76 | 75 | 73 | 69 | 72 | Vaquera | 78 | 80 | 71 | 65 | 69 | . | Szalontay | 78 | 77 | 69 | 65 | 64 | Sobota | 78 | 78 | 72 | 65 | 74 | . | Reza | 76 | 75 | 71 | 70 | 72 | Kamberaj | 77 | 76 | 74 | 73 | 72 | . | Vinther | 77 | 74 | 74 | 64 | 72 |

Maybe Docker can somehow find a way to be in the mix for the sprints
Other than that, breakaways is the usual way to go for Jayco.

Praying for a big performance from Boivin here but not expecting anything to be honest.

Young and/or Krieger have our best flat team with them, so they have everything going for them. It will be tough though, but hoping for some top 10's
Happy new year everyone

Well I'm very much hoping that my team will put together a train for Moser who is more than capable of winning, or doing very well, in this race. There are a lot of sprinters and it does tend to be a bit random in sprints but I'll hope for the best as Moser has been quite good this season.

My local race, probably won't do much, but hope for some reasonable results or a surprise here and there... maybe Uri from a breakaway would be fun.
Thanks to Tamijo for making this race happen!

Curiously, the race favourite Matt Rowe is omitted from your list of favourites. This absolutely outrageous act will be rightly punished by putting his opponents to the sword!
There is only one logical winner here - anyone else wins and I'm tempted to say its all rigged against me

Need better, won't be happy if it stays like this.

That's better. Porter tried to be part of the early break and Docker improves his best season result to a respectable 16th place. Kinda surprised to see our team on 7th place in the team's classification.

Very happy with my boy Habtemichael joining a break and now moving into the U25 lead, great stuff and maybe even possible to hold it!
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Finally a proper leadout, without Vingerling but still a leadout, and we get our first win of the year YES! YES! YES!

This was always a good race for Razzie, so I figured Ranneries should have a go. Nothing spectacular, but two top 10's is nice, cause it means he's at least trying and in the mix in what is almost completely a development race. I'd be really happy if he could squeak out a top 5 on one of the remaining stages.
