As is already known, the 2018 world championships will take place on a flat-type, undulating route.
Two different locations were carefully selected by the MGUCI or managers to vote on:
Barcelona, 247,4km:
Geelong, 274,8km:
The TT and TTT courses will usually match the road WC course.

The MGUCI are pleased to announce that voting is over and the host city of the 2018 Road Cycling World Championships is Geelong! We look forward to our first ever Oceanic WC of the MG era, and wish them good luck in hosting. The selection process for the riders who will race is now underway.

Boasson Hagen vs. Ponzi vs. Breakaway
With some luck the strongest squad, that might be Belgium can do something with double lead of Bakelants/De Bie. Just play the cards right.
Same obviously could be said about Italy with someone like Ulissi/Ginanni/Di Maggio etc. |

Climax of the Demare vs Van Staeyen rivalry?
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

It's probably going to be even better: Demare waits for Coquard when he gets dropped.
